Hi, the problems were with grey smoke behind the car and engine malfunction sign when a drive up to hills in cca 3-3,5Rpm. After turning engine of and starting again the engine malfunction sign disappeared and diagnostic was without any DTC stored. DTC was readable only when the sign was lighting.
@@Placekmich thanks. I did mine today as it was split on both ends of the pipe. I couldn't get to the clip on the intercooler end due to its orientation so had to go from underneath. Used a similar part to you. The ford plastic ones are rubbish.
Great video my c max had issues low performance turbo lag changed pipe back to full power check this first before a garage
Great video thank u for that I have to do the same pipe for my wife's ford smax
Great video just what I needed thanks
Thank You Dziękuję dałem radę
Would this be the same on a Ford kuga 2009 with same tdci engine to get to the bottom screw behind bumper for clearance
Hi, unfortunately I dont have any experience with Kuga, so I cannot tell...
Did you Get engine malfunction light from the Hole in the hose?
Only when I travel longer time up to the hills. Then I stop the engine and red sign was off with the next start. After replacement this was solved.
Yes turbo boost pressure sensor
Fantastic video. Was there a film of engine oil in the old hose? I hear this is quite normal.
Yes there was oil. I think it is normal, but if there is a lot of oil, it could be signal that turbo is broken.
Did this hole cause a loud whistling when accelerating, I think if so I have the same problem? Thanks
This hole made grey smoke behind car. For whistling I would recommend to inspect hose directly from turbo.
@@Placekmich brilliant, thank you 👌
Hey, have you solved your problem? I might have the same issue.
What kind of problems does the car have before changing the hose?

Where does the zip tie go? Mine doesn't already have one.
The zip tie just holds two hoses together - nothing more. I think that this is not necessary to have it there (just my opinion).
