    Hi Peter, another sensational dance tutorial from the Queen of Disco herself. Take a bow Donna Summer. Love how you always make these Disco Dance moves so easy to follow. Glad you added the pelvic thrusts in there, just wouldn't be the same without them. Can't wait for the next one, when you put them all together. It will be an EXTRAVAGANZA 💥 Great Workout as usual Love Ruth. 💙💚💖💜❤👌💕💕💋💋

      @@petergaston-danceandmore Hi Peter, thanks so much for you're reply. Hmm did mention to Brenton, it says one reply but it's not there. He said yeah it should be, I wrote quite a lot. I did mention to him you didn't mention the "C" word did you? He said I don't think so, but then said Oh yeah I think I did, I said I don't think it's allowed. So I think I might be right. He apologises profusely. Cheers Ruth 👧💜💚💙💖❤💕

      Thanks so much Gill - I appreciate the encouragement. I have several new simple dances ready to go - I'm just trying to find a couple of backup dancers to add a bit of class! So hopefully more coming soon. Cheers

      @ Prince Rosalium, totally agree with you're fabulous comment. You are so right, this channel should have at least a 100k of subscribers. Fantastic dance tutorials, great music & heaps of fun. Cheers Ruth from Australia 🇦🇺🇦🇺😄😊😎😍👧🥂🍾💜💋

    Not sure if you got the first comment but it's not showing. Another fantastic video Peter, once lockdown is over I can assure you I'll be outside ripping up the pavers with this number. Have had a quick go but look more like a Nigerian Sprinter on steroids so will need some practice I think. Brenton.

      @petergaston-danceandmore  3 года назад +2

      Most sprinters are on steroids and it looks pretty good despite the health implications so don't feel bad mate! Thanks for your support. I can see your other comment on my message notifications but because you mentioned the words cure and ...the other c word it probably got disallowed!! now that's both funny AND scary! Cheers - hope you are both well.

      @@petergaston-danceandmore I panicked then with the "C" word and then Ruth said you can't mention that "C" word. Cheers.

    Your vids are AWESOME! Was wondering if you could ever break down the performance steps of two classics: "Groove Line" by Heatwave and "Dancing Machine" by The Jackson Five? I mean the steps they laid down when they performed on stage?
    You're a gift to middle aged guys who love disco but never really learned. Thanks!

      Hey J.P. Thanks so much for the positive feedback, I really appreciate it. I have a fair few projects that I'm working on at the moment but I will definitely put those songs on the list - although Dancing Machine might be abit out of my league!! ( Great song though!). Try watching those clips on 1/4 speed - it makes it easier to learn. Cheers Mate and thanks again. Peter😎

      @@petergaston-danceandmore Thanks for the detailed reply. Actually, for DM, the running in place/kick steps are the ones that intrigue me the most (forget MJ's freestyling...man o man!) and I got the very basic side to side knee lift/clap down. I found another very helpful, nurturing dance instructor video that broke the 'run kick steps' down but it wasn't exactly what they do on stage where her's was 'run-run-run kick, run-run-run-kick' in place. They seem to do a 'step back and forth, tap, kick' kind of thing.
      Anyway, I'll see if I can find a way to slow them down and watch them. Grooveline I may actually have down but it really helps watching someone like yourself, break the steps down to make it easier to drill them into the head and body. (Plus general rhythm (without thinking about it) is something I need to work on and your videos are really good for that basic training :) )
      Keep up the great work! Your channel is the bomb. :)
