Hey there - thanks, I live on a small acerage in the beautiful Adelaide hills with 80 acres of farm land on each side. So very fortunate. That is actually not my house, it's a barn style shed. (the house is behind the camera) 12m x 3m walls x 6m wide. It has a roof with a 45 degree pitch so i was able to install a mezanine floor in half of it. It is where we have parties etc but you could definitely convert it in to a small house. Thanks for your interest. Cheers
