    वर्षों से चला आ रहा रूटीन रुपी
    दुध को हटाकर सलाद और स्प्राउट
    अनाज जोड़ दिया हूं जिससे मेरा वजन
    स्पष्टता कम हो गया है लेकिन कुछ कमजोरी
    भी नजर आ रहे हैं और साथ में यह थोड़ा
    भय भी प्रगट कर रहा है लेकिन आपका यह
