A simple, modest yet alluring dish thats best enjoyed on a lazy Sunday morning. This is the intrigue constituent for me, Solina has demonstrated a reverse cooking method thats challenged the conventional technique yet delivering the same delectable result. The versatility is a breath of fresh air and transcends one from bring blas'e and restrictive to creative and explorative. The Queen of Spice has emancipated us into exploring ingenious cooking methods whilst maintaining simplicity with this dish. Yes, on face value this could be just your ordinary chops chutney rigged up by guys on the side of road whilst on a road trip yet one has to look beyond the ordinary and take that bold step in exploring various cooking methods, again cleverly displayed by the Perima team and the Queen of Spice herself. As with many of Perimas dishes, the dimension to explore is presented in all its humility, one just has to reign in ones capacity in re-engineering and challenging one's boldness in trying different methods, this is the alluring dimension of excellent cooks. This dish is wholesome, satisfying and appealing, the use of spices is the X Factor here, I would have been conservative with extra spice in this dish yet, the presentation has invoked the play on spice as something out of the conventional giving my next attempt at this dish a whole new appeal. Again and as usual this has been visual artistry, fantastic showing by the Queen of Spice and the Perima team.

Hi Solina and Shivaya. My babygirl and I made this recipe last night. We cooked outside on the gas stove. We had so much fun. Followed recipe to the tea and it came out simply divine. I am also getting to teach my little one about our Indian culture and history whilst we cook your recipes, it's so inspiring and so much fun. When this pandemic is over you must perhaps arrange a fun outdoor venue with perima's cooking session for mums and daughters...my little one and I will definitely attend😍Thank you again so much for these beautifully delicious recipes. 🤗😘

Really missed this food while living in Cape Town and London for 14 years. I am sure you know what the quality of food is like in London since you have stayed in London. Take Care Nanri
