    49 days challenge complete பண்ணி முடித்த அடுத்த நாளில் இருந்து abs workout ஒரு நாள் , Hip workout ( from RD fitness) ஒரு நாள் என மாற்றி மாற்றி செய்து கொண்டுள்ளேன். இத்துடன் cardio exercise க்கு 10 k steps Brisk walking & Surya namaskar பண்றேன்.
    Daily 2 minutes plank 3 sets பண்றேன். இதுவரை குறைத்த எடை 9 kg. 7 more kgs need to lose weight to reach BMI .
    Diet :
    Completely avoiding sugar
    Daily mornimg any type of Sundal with boiled vegetables .
    Lunch : Rice , dhal and vegetables.
    Snacks : any fruit , nuts
    Dinner : Idli , dosa , chappathi any one .
    But I started my breakfast after sunrise and closed my dinner before sun set. That means I finished my dinner at 6 pm.

      Just walk 1 hour daily with very active and do jumping jacks for 10 mins that's enough for a daily and do daily 😊
