David Van Landing was a great friend and neighbor. One of the single nicest people I've ever met in the music business. RIP David. Your friendship was highly valued and honored.
And his job in this concert was very difficult,covering so many vocal styles.He did great job ! Too bad he left us.....

I just started listening to Micheal again after a long hiatus. He sounds better now!!!! Interesting how his German roots translate into his sound. He doesnt sound Brit. And he dpesnt sound American. I do hear Scorpions. I love the German influence on rock guitar. Uli Roth.....
Anyways its crazy that Micheal Schenker has earned himself a place on my very short list of rock guitarists.

this is one off the best concerts the gitar sound is so pure and melodic great stuf.
This has got to be my all time favorite Schenker phase... He's on top of his whole style and tone..even just chord playing , natural ..tone..just the real deal every way

Pretending HE is UFO? This self-centered douche has some nerve...letting a bunch of garage band types ply UFO songs along with the mad narcissist. Whats the next show going to be all Scorpions songs because Michael IS the Scorpions too right. Now I see why EVERYBODY in both UFO and Scorpions cant stand the guy, even his brother...
Of course the UFO "phase" was his best BECAUSE he had outstanding players and a great leas singer around him. MSG band was garbage and he was "just another Scorpion" that was easily replaceable...
I thought I was familiar with all Schenker's singers but I missed this guy somehow. Fantastic pipes. Props.

BOTH "real" singers..Scorpion's Meine and UFO's Mogg are far better than this wanna be.

@@akira3287 I listened to four songs here and dude was flat as hell on every one with VERY boring tone. Nowhere close to either Klaus or Phil. Maybe thats why BOTH are superstars in hard rock vocalists for over 30 years and I never even heard of this guy until THIS recording today? He ceratnly wasnt ever in a great band like UFO or Scorpions. He reminds of that clown that was supposed to replace DLR in Van Halen Mich somebody?

I seen MSG at the House of Blues in Chicago a few years ago and it was one of the best shows I've seen. the lead singer was awesome not exactly sure who it was but his voice was phenominal
