Now looking back at some of these sets, it makes me appreciate them even more, we've come a long way with sets like these and they will be missed

LOTR sets were very good. Minifigs in particular. Helm's deep set is a masterpiece

They need to bring back Middle Earth as a permanent theme like Harry Potter
Bought all the LOTR sets on day one. Skipped all the Hobbit sets except Bag End since the Hobbit movies were poorly made cash-grabs which left a bad taste in the mouth and the Hobbit sets were similarly inferior to the LOTR ones.
