Just pour it away. It is there just to keep the sensor moist, then just rinse the inside. The user guide is not very informative or easy to follow. See the official product page here: tinyurl.com/24jpotwj Note that to get the maximum amount of Hydrogen you can reuse the water three times - double press the button and then when the blue light goes off, double press again, and then when it goes off once again, double press once again. It takes longer but gives you the same Hydrogen level that their top of the range unit does with one press..
The bottles themselves? No idea but providing they are cleaned in the way suggested in the User Guide they should last indefinitely so far as I can see,
When it is used with the breathing tube you inhale the H2 directly and with no H2 entering the water there is little point in drinking it unless you are thirsty. However, never drink the water when the device is in self cleaning mode as the gases normally vented out of the device are allowed to enter the water to sterilise the it.
@marcoscu Thank you. I sort of know what you mean , but H2 is already in the water, that's what water is made up of H2O. I would be breathing H2 but once taken out it is just oxygenated water that's left.
I’ve just bought this exact model, I noticed that even when used for maximum duration, the water doesn’t get cloudy - is this normal? Bubbles are being generated,though.

I am glad you like the video, but results seem to vary from person to person. I think the jury is still out on how well H2 therapy works.

That sounds normal to me. With mine the cloudiness is intermittent.
