Hey, I am from India and we do this same move as a part of our prayer in the temple in front of the Hindu God Lord Ganesh.. I wasn't aware about scientific reason behind it. But most of the people do it in kerala, my state. Not sure about other states in India.. Anyway Thank you for sharing...

God bless you Jack, that is awesome. What I needed today. I have been meaning to call you. Has been a super challenge for me in the last few days. Spoke to the lovely Emelia. I live in Surrey, Single parent and recently discovered I am an Empath a Heyoka Empath I believe - hence me allowing people to manipulate my life. I have broken free and sing in care homes. Recently dis-engaged and feel I have cut the shackles from my ankles and I am Free. Thank you Thank you Thank you We are here to heal the earth and she is calling for us to help her and heal us all. So much more I want to say xxxx

Now you have thought me how best to benefit from this exercise. Chicken soup for the soul continues to nourish, and now we have Manna for the brain!

As a Qi-Gong, what you describe is the correct method for males. For a woman, it's RIGHT arm against your body, not left arm. The yin-yang stack makes a big difference. But done correctly, it works great!

This is incorrect. This technique is from Master Choa Kok Sui. Both Men and Women have the same hand position. I recommend purchasing the book Super Brain Yoga by Master Choa Kok Sui to understand it fully. Or take a Pranic Healing course from a certified instructor for the correct technique and deeper understanding.

The name title came with yoga and it means this also originated from India. South Indian Hindus are still doing it for hundreds of years as a part of their worshipping to the lord Ganesh aka Vigneshwar (son of lord Shiva).
It is a simple way Mr. Jack had shown here and in Hinduism they do this with cross legged which is much more effective to get more coherence with both hemispheres. Crossing our hands or legs always make brain hemispheres active and we can get more attention to anything you do with this.

Hi Jack. I live in New Zealand (Southern Hemisphere) - does this make a difference to which way I should face when I try this - should I still face East? Thank you so much, Kimberley

      Hey Kimberly,
You can do it facing East or North Irrespective of which part of the world you live in. The important aspect is doing it and reaping benefits. Hope this helps.

Dude, your Hip flexors (common in people who sit a lot) are so tight, it looks like you are bending over instead of the required *squatting*. Find a good P.T. to work on the flexibility in your hip flexor. Other than that, excellent presentation 😊
