beautiful location, ngl i really like the new format where the competitors can watch makes it a little less serious and more like a normal sesh between friends, cool idea 👍
i really appreciate the guest commentator! He is fun to listen to and has some really interesting insight. Plus, I think it's great how much effort he puts into getting the athletes names right. I also really like Matt as a commentator but I think he sometimes has a bit more work to do on the name pronunciation front ;)
@@sergiolalopez3598 it's almost like talking is the commentators job... i also found both of them to be really respectful and appreciative of the athletes
@@sergiolalopez3598 Sorry if it offended you. But don't worry, the climbers can't hear us, it's only for people watching (or listening) from home. Helps some people, other people just mute it.

for the mens the commentators said it was probably because the routesetters were setting in the middle of three day when it was a lot hotter, it might be different for women’s though
Yah the daytime setting made a difference, and it had nothing to do with the women, but the average level of the athletes at this event was a bit lower than what you might expect at an IFSC event so the route setters adjusted, but apparently over adjusted a bit.

Happy about any bouldering event that isnt geoblocked in Europe on RUclips!
1:36:20 come on
Is it pro comp? The routes look so easy.
Saudi Arabia doesn't really think women are capable of much more and probably doesn't want to give their own women any higher confidence.

Boo
These boulders look like a piece of cake for those skilled female. 🙂😊 What a great job for the Italien speed climber Agnese Fiorio.
Yah she was awesome! Total surprise.
