It seems to be a democratic party rule that no witnesses are allowed to say the word yes or no. They have to give a 10 word answer for every one word question.

This is the heavy hand of the state interfering with people engaging in the freedom of association and contract. If I am a willing seller associating with a willing buyer it's none of the state's business what we contract between ourselves. The state claims that it needs power to oversee transactions between people to protect the consumer but that is a lie; the state is simply exercising power for its own sake, and bringing no benefit to either party.

Yep when we all should of heard the vote and her reaction to it being verbally spoken. The question should have been answered whether time was up or not. This is one of the reason I have no time for Congress and their crap anymore.

Now to answer the question after I laid out a general framework of the fundamental workings of color-determination you need to understand what colors actually are, otherwise my answer if blue is a color which to say it once more, is a very legitimate and important question to ask, could be very misleading.
First of all there is no scientific consensus on the question if color ultimately even exists, since there are many voices that are pointing out, that the lightrays striking our retinas are causing electric signals that ultimately reach our brain which then interprets the electrical impulses into a visual sensation for us to experience.

Voices try to raise awareness about the fact that color very well be merely sensual experiences produced by our brain, but don't exist ultimately in the real world, an self-inflicted illusion useful for survival if you'd like.
Now what is blue in comparison to similar occurances of diverging frequency on the "color"-spectrum is also a existemtial part of your question, so let me elaborate..."
