This woman is clearly Special Needs. I can tell by looking at her, but if anyone has any doubt, just listen to her. It is obvious. Nobody wants to be seen as a bully, so they're letting her slide - which is how she must've managed to find herself in this position. As a contract computer programmer, California law AB5 is completely ridiculous. None of my customers wish to hire me fulltime or even part-time for the work I do, yet this law requires them all to do so. There are many such jobs which are not compatible with the provisions of AB5 yet there is no acceptance of this reality in this stupid law.
End funding immediately until answers are received 🇺🇸

For 2 years I have watched nominees filibuster 90% of questions asked to them by various committees. Why then, do any ever get confirmed? Congress is impotent and shouldn't be paid until they get answers that the public wants to hear regardless if they agree. Yes or no. Say one of these two words, then they can rant. Give each committee member 20-30 minutes each so we the people can hear real answers. Damn it.

I believe it's by design that there is not any oversight in these house & congressional meetings to at least 'attempt' to hold members accountable to answer questions. I realize there's no precise way to force folks to address a question but there it sure as hell isn't hard to shut them down & demand that they stop tap dancing. Imagine trying to do this on our jobs or to our parents growing up. "Well thank you for that question Dad". The amount of time wasted on the constant dodging is another great example of just how insanely inefficient our Gov't is.
