As deputy secretary of labor, I think it is important and vital that we stay engaged with the community. Being responsive and accountable to the public are cherished ideals and, I might add, I like cookies and ponies and will always fight for the well-being of ponies. I think it's noteworthy that I've fought for and advocated for ponies for as long as I could remember and I'm very proud of this and will continue to advocate on behalf of the people and enforce the laws as written. Imho Julie Su cannot say yes or no because answering would risk self incrimination and has to support Biden admin, since Labor Secretary's position may require neutrality and show unbiased position to serve all political parties, employers, employees & many labor issues. I would encourage Congress to pass bills to protect independent contractors, define the term and the qualifications and protect all Americans from non congressional entities making rules that are enforced as laws against people's success.

The United States will NEVER achieve its goal of labor participation until our government makes some huge changes in the workforce sector. Millions and Millions of people are fed up with the current labor conditions. People are sick and tired of spending their lives day in and day out working. Missing out on technically anything you could call a life! Having employers telling you what family members are deemed important and which ones you can take bereavement for! We go to work and the government takes damn near half our check in taxes. We go buy goods and services that same money is taxed. I'm sorry but if the American Dream is to slave away for 30+ years to retire to get a monthly check that doesn't even get you by till the next month you can keep it!
