I love this man!!! He´s incredible. It would be great if he could train some therapists here in Mexico. He is so clear to explain IFS! I was interpreter of Dick Schwartz for a course he gave to therapist from Latinamerica and Spain (Great honor!!!), but Frank is a natural teacher! Congrats Frank! I´m one of your fans!!!

Well presented! Agree but I noticed that you presented two extremes ‘successful and I achieved this and that’ or ‘drugs and abusive relationships’. I think traumatised people first and foremost need to just BE and not think of conventional success. Most people who are conventionally successful are not truly happy. A lot of them are avoidantly attached and use their success and image as a buffer from going deeper. Those who are mostly balanced in all areas of their life, are often a little less than ‘successful’ if that makes sense. This obsession to have a normal successful life can fuel some people’s trauma as well not to mention perpetuate shame.
