It is obvious the amount of thought that goes into these breakdown drills. So so much value in these videos!
20 + years of coaching across 10 topics will make you very specific with your communication
@@MarkWildmanwould you consider the three count well you're not doing a pullover exactly just watching the wait a little bit to be similar to the snatch ?
Christ you make that look easy 😂.
The quality of your tuition is incredible. So many useful ques.
I bought an adex club due to this channel. It was a great purchase.
Me too!
It is the best use of money for pain free athletic performance
@@MarkWildman Now have a Wildman mace from Adex on it sway to me in New Zealand ,will soon have all 3 handles from Adex. Expensive to ship here, but well worth it.See you in London.
Every time I watch your videos I’m amazed how much high quality, detailed information and instruction you can fit in a less than 10 minute video. Thank you 🙏
This type of training is so exciting ! Its like the ancient past meets the future of exercise . Thanks MW !
Beautifully explained and demonstrated!
Excellent 🔥
Nuggets of gold and platinum!!!
💪🏻💣🤜🏻
Great stuff 👍🏻
My left side for single-hand club work can still go spazzy without warning.
These drills have been great, even at lower weights, to get some muscle memory going on the weaker side.
How about second drill clubbell's weight? It looks like 45 founds...you are a Samson!!!
Good stuff. If you could only have one weight club what would it be? (For an average size/strength man)
I’d have an adex.
If I could only have one, I’d have a 30lb
@@MarkWildman thanks Mark
Does anyone know if it’s ok to have your elbow away from your head when the club is at your back?
(I though elbow was supposed to be close to the head but Mark’s elbow seems to have some space)
It is generally not ok. Mark has adepted to this looser elbow over many years of training.
I've heard you discuss "...their ankle rolls in..." many times. Apparently that's a common problem. I'm the opposite. Unless I concentrate, I will tend to walk on the outside of my feet, as if I were trying to clap the bottom of my feet together. (I explain it that way because I simply can't get "pronate" and "supinate" straight in my head. I think I'm describing supination, right?)Anyway, have any of your YT videos addressed this problem? Are there exercises or circumstances where this tendency will push me towards injury?
What weight club to start of with please? I lift between 12-16kg kettlebell if that bares any relevance and where to buy?
At that weight you might find a 15 pound club a good starting point for 2 hand exercises, then move to 1 hand when your joints have adapted to the movements. Adex has the adjustable club he recommends, Onnit is another brand.
@@kuzmatt9 thanks!
