I bought a club because of you, MW. Thank you.
That rip on your fancy jacket's elbow completes the "sci-fi clochard" look perfectly.
Man you are priceless. I've learned so much from you and now KB and HC are my main routine. Thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge so generously.
Thank you for making videos in such beautiful locations, its like traveling the world with you
Another awesome example of how to teach, after one watch I feel ready to have a go. Great work.
I do a lateral kettlebell single arm deadlifts, where I switch hands at the top. Great form functional downhill skiing. This is very similar. Thanks for teaching.
Great views , great workout,
Excellent video and beautiful shooting location
🤘🏼 Beautiful location.
Comment for the algo!
Mark has an uncanny ability to give detailed, concise instructions of various exercises while simultaneously having some of the most interesting backgrounds. But I have a question for Mark or anyone else that may know the answer. I'm still relatively new to kettlebells (it'll be a year in a couple of months), I have a mace but do not have a club. I originally thought I'd go through a kettlebell program from Mark. But since I've lost 170 lbs and feel like my walk is kind of wonky (think newborn deer like instead of NaomiCampbelll like). I've spoken with my pcp who says gait training would help because as a person grows muscles and ligaments grow around adipose tissue. So now that I've lost weight that explains the awkwardness that I feel because I had gotten use to moving with that extra 170 lbs. So now I'm wondering if the Basics of Strength program would be a good program for me to do? I'm basically doing everything I can to get my body to be stronger and move better. So I'd appreciate any useful advice that anyone who've gone through the program might give.
The backdrop!
Started following as a result of a shoulder ligament tear. Now have 8 KBs, 2 clubs, a mace, and an everimproving shoulder. Thank you.
New mic ? The sound seem clearer

Question on timing
Seems like this move maybe the answer to doing a bunch of otherwise finnicky & annoying strengthening for my glute medius. Will see where 60s sets get me!
Mark, I'm wondering if one can replace a club - heavy or otherwise - with a heavy hammer (or sledgehammer with a short handle) to do club bell exercises or will the offset weight of the hammer head provide some negative or awkward effect when swinging. Thanks!

I run into a bit of knee torsion when doing this one. Ive been using a glute band the last few months to train my abductors to fire more better during squats and I hope it translates to this movement. I don’t really have a question, just saying I stopped the side to side hip training because of my knees.
