I love your videos. I'm a guitar guy and fell down the YT guitar channel rabbit hole when I was laid off the second half of 20'. I don't remember what led me to your channel, but I'm still diggin it. You demo guitar pedals better than the guitar channels do. The only time I get interested in pedal videos is watching you or Ryan from 60 Cycle Hum. Both of you have great pedal demos and the right amount of silliness. Thanks, and keep making good videos and weird sounds!
The Artificial Blond Pedal definitely adds depth, and gives the sound a wider more full sound. Definitely sounds better to the ears too. Thanks for the video.
it's so wide :O a stereo vibrato... so there's two outputs, and two speeds... dawg I heard you like second channels so I put a second channel on your second channel. I know it had to take a lot from Josh to go against his mono ways to make a stereo pedal, but the world is better for it. This pedal reminds me of other pedals with great stereo images, like Boss PN-2, RV-2 (on delay mode esp.) and PS-3. I think this is a beautiful sound, and a daring pedal that is uniquely well equipped to convert mono diehards to stereo. It's a really nice touch that they included an EQ control and volume like on the Emperor, make the pedal pull double duty and begs to be left on all the time. This might have blown all our minds, but don't lose your head, Emily!
With all respect to the JHS video featuring Madison Cunningham herself, which was incredible, I always come here to find out what a pedal is truly capable of. And I am never disappointed.
You really do go all out for new JHS releases! I found your channel from the one where your assistant throws the new one-series pedals at you and have stuck around ever since.
Ahhh nooo you’re making me want another pedal!! The green screen head was a nice creative touch in the editing!! Very well done 😅 this was awesome the subtle panning effect is what got me! Also that cameo haha!! JHS Thank you, it’s really nice to see you create a signature pedal highlighted for a musician this way. Good to see women in music celebrated. Off to try to sell some gear in the mean time 😝
Wow! It pays to get up early on a Friday day off! Just got done watching the JHS clip, only to see that you're talking about it too! You can tell I'm excited because exclamation points!
i just found your channel recently and i'm delighted! your work is so delightful! I APPRECIATE YOU ALOT THANKS TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM FOR ALL THE AMAZING CONTENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had the most amazing dream last night. Emily left her cat headphones behind, so I kept them for myself. There were also hologram tarantulas attacking me and me getting abandoned on holiday but I got emily's catphones, so it was totally worth it!
@@emilyharpist Being a content creator on Twitch, video stuff is a lot of fun to learn about and mess around with. There are a lot of neat things you can do with green screens!

@emily - if you could do a brother a solid: what brand TS to TRS patch cable are you using to connect the Artificial Blonde to the Dream? Also, as always, lovely playing! But you knew that already. 😉
It's so.... BLONDE. remarkable. Never thought i'd use the word "blonde" to describe a tonal pallette, but it fits so well. Josh is a muchly clev clev boi.
Oh wow @madicunningham is so cool ... I've been on this Americana Music cruise (I know 🛳 don't judge me! 😆) and Madison has been on it twice! She is soooo good! You should do a collab with her! 😃
Is no one gonna talk about the incredible cameo in this video
It took a lot of work from both sides but I’m glad we could make it happen! 😂
It sincerely made me laugh out loud 😂

That beginning was actually terrifying. The sounds are really nice.
Yeah that half headless harpist was scary
@@martianmurray i wondered WTF until i saw the pedal proper.
😂 sorry!

I bet Sanic would've love this pedal. That vibrato is lovely

Guitarist/ gear geek now suddenly subscribed to a harpist’s channel. New sounds and tones tickling my fancy.
welcome to the channel!
The petrichor and the artificial blonde go nicely together visually too :D
Two heads and a dream!!!
Madison Cunningham was my worship leader when she was 15 years old! Her voice and musicality was beyond the moon.

Pure sound of a harp, plus a more chilled pace of playing gives the pedal space to be heard. Guitarists seem to want to play something super complex.
The song at the beginning is VIBING

3:10 this sounds like the next Blade Runner movie. OMGz this is awesome. You should call this piece "Tears in the Rain"
I’m so glad you kept referring to the vibrato. This is much more a vibrato than a chorus. LOVED your jams!! 🤘☺️
i like that you not only demo the pedal on its own but also show different interactions with other pedals.
Great demo. I'm gonna clip the vibe at 3:09. Sounds awesome with the shimmer reverb too. Thanks guys. RIP Sonik, We hardly knew ye!
Loved the last bit, very dope. I got into watching Emily's fingertips and enjoying her skill/precision...
Damn that sounds amazing with the stack you’ve setup for this demo. Major kudos!

OMG that small harp at 1:35 sounds exactly like the one they used in She's leaving home by The Beatles (Sgt. Pepper).
what an awesome sound!
I think the harp has a beautiful natural voice but I like the sonic embellishments.
When is the Emily Hopkins signature pedal going to be released? And what will it be?🤔
Something to replicate the multi-output harp’s ability to send bass and treble signals to different chains. I’d buy it.
