He is genuinely the greatest team principal. People say that he is against Bottas but they don't know this but Toto is actually Valteri team manager and responsible for getting him in Williams in 2013 because he was share holder in Williams. You also maybe for respect didn't share this but Toto is actually divorced and has two boys from first marriage but due to toxic relationship he couldn't grew with them that's why he was considering retiring in 2020 to spend more time with growing jack Wolff. Literally from zero to hero, absolute brilliance. If you go back to the last 8 years Mercedes didn't have the best car every year let's say like in 2017 or 2018, but they had the most stable team structure like perfect strategies and pitstop which gave them the titles.
In 2017 & 2018 Mercedes won the title due to very poor strategy from Ferrari. The teamprincipal at Ferrari was send away because he made very poor strategy decisions.

Great documentary and delivery of the content. Only thing I'm unsure about is that some sources cite his net wealth as 1.2 billion Swiss francs, and converted to USD that would make 1.24 billion USD. Not sure which one is correct, but in any case, the man is rich enough ;).
