I made a lot of chinese friends online during the last few weeks and ... they keep talking about how there is so many different dishes in china (especially the spicy ones ... they seem addicted to it xD ) and that you need multiple lives to get through all of them haha

All looks yummy. You said why cook yourself? Just remember when going out to eat the restaurants are there to make the most money not there to keep you healthy. That means lots of salt, lots of cheap oil, lot of maybe left over stuff from yesterday mixed in. You will never know. That's the main reason home cooking is still best.
