The intensely spicy yet fragrantly rich Xiao Mian brings color to the daily lives of people, and the bustling Mian Hua Street greatly enhances the joy of dining by the roadside.
Chongqing is said to be a city automatically equipped with an “emotional filter.” Your video camera captures the reality of this city, conveying the myriad of flavors and emotions of this mountain-surrounded metropolis.✨☝️
    We were shown with interest.

Chongqing Xiao Mian is affordable and very tasty. We liked it very much. My wife queued for almost an hour while I went around filming and exploring the neighbourhood. Chongqing is perhaps the biggest metropolis in the world depending on how you measure it. It is surrounded by hills and mountains and many of these large buildings are built on the hillsides. You can see this in the beginning of the video where I went down long flights of stairs.

Your wife lined up well for an hour!🇨🇳
We think the taste is deserving of its popularity, for sure.
We believe that China has become a journey of cross-cultural exchange memories not only for for video production but also for the both of you!☝️😊

reminds me of a lady I saw arrive at the central market in Saigon on a flatbed tricycle with a huge pot full to the brim with soup on the back - I went inside and got a haircut, and about 20 minutes later came out to see her scooping the last few bowls from the bottom of the almost empty pot - wha' ... !? I thought I gotta try it and ordered a bowl, and before I could even finish it they were packing up the tiny plastic stools and getting ready to vamoose (illegal street stalls police confiscate all the equipment). At the rate she was serving I guesstimated she had sold about 200 bowls of soup in about 20 minutes - amazing - and tasted fine too.

Kind of strange for these chinese to sit and eat on the street without tables ...Very strange how come China do not regulate a rule for these people at least if these store do not have any sitting either they find a park or eat at home and not on the street isnt it or this store need to find a store that have sitting for the customers to eat not sitting on the street to eat their food and from the look of the noodles and I dont find anything special provided they are selling damn cheap ...

This is the practice in many parts of China. This noddle shop is an internet sensation, therefore the crowd. They have a variety of noodles and they are cheap and good. I ate there and it was good.

@@areebachewa8318 I find it quite novel and fun to eat, sitting on provided mats by the roadside. I feel it's fine as long as hygiene is observed in preparing, handling of the food and washing the utensils. This is my view that you might disagree.
