This seriously hit hard the 2ds was my first console and pokemon y was my first ever Pokémon game and continues to be my favorite 3ds game

I want to expose them at some point but I just don’t have the room for them. For now they’re ok like that and they’re also protected from dust

I’ve recently bought all the pokemon games along with a 3DS. Just playing through Pokémon Y right now then I’ll be going onto sapphire and sun. Going through the older ones of Pokémon black and heartgold too. No matter how old I get I still come to these as a great childhood memory
It's just something about Pokemon games, right? Nostalgia is one thing, for sure, but somehow these have stuck more than other games, if you know what I mean

I just ordered a brand new sealed 3ds xl off of eBay for an extremely cheap and reasonable price. I look forward to playing through all the Pokémon and Zelda games!

@@rahmdave I'd say that's fairly on price for what you're getting. For me not exactly the most 'extremely cheap and reasonable' but still pretty decent value nowadays, especially sealed. Hope you enjoy it!

That is so cool! I love when I get to inspire just a little bit someone with what I do. And I really recommend it. Once I get more space I'll definitely to some changes and add even more consoles and gaming items.

I have never played any pokemon series , ever, is it hard to start it? Which gen should i play if i ever start one
I never beat them when I was young either so the first one for me was Let’s go Pikachu. It’s in line with the original ones but updated graphics and new player friendly. Might not be other’s pick but it worked great for me. I’m now working on beating Pokemon Red on Game Boy
Pokemon series is amazing, and is easy to pick
I recommend gen 3 and 4, so the original ruby and sapphire(or emerald), and pearl and diamond(but you should definitely get pokemon girantina its the best of gen 4)

@@menace693 well there is the mega evolutions(i think) and changes to the story/writing in some places. Imo i just like the style better but omega ruby is a good reimagining of the game

hello, if you don’t mind me asking i would like to ask where you got the matte sun/moon finish? i have the sun/moon edition but mine has a glossy finish… i HATE it so much because it picks up fingerprints… is there anyway i can find that matte finish you have? thanks!
I got this on ebay. There were plenty out there and make sure to check pictures to look for the matte finish

I got a 3ds Xl/Ll and I’m wondering if the 2ds Xl is any better I’m already facing mechanical problems after few weeks any recommendations?
The 2DS hinge is usually worse than the 3DS ones. But for the 3DS is very wobbly so if that’s the case, it’s not an issue, just normal behaviour
I still play on my new 3ds xl all the time and i just got animal crossing new leaf a month ago and its great

The prices have gone up since the eshop closed but there still are some pretty good deals out there
@@TheTechUnravelPrices went up because of the modding capabilities and the screen changes people noticed that made gameplay different. IPS Screens are worth $300+ meanwhile TN screens are $250 below or around. Its not bc of the Eshop prices raised lol. back then homebrew wasn't huge or anyone had an idea of the TN/IPS screens so if you wanted to back then. you could get a New 3ds xl for $150, its not the same anymore when hype inflates a price on a item bc people NOW want it. Nobody wanted it back then

It’s a Pokemon shell that I got from ebay. It’s a snap on case and I love it. I made a quick video about it as well. Glad you like the 3DS. I also got mine like a year ago and I still love using it constantly

It really depends on the country were you're from. If you have local retro stores, that would be the easies bet. If not, ebay will ship worldwide but definitely with payment upfront
got one of these cases too! they're quite nice but the bottom hurts the hands if you play too long so i might get a hand grip!

I like my New 3DS XL better than my original 3DS, but I don't like the way the hinge snaps. It's kinda awkward when I'm in a room with other people and want to play some games.
I actually like the new hinge a lot more. I just wish it didn’t wiggle so much

The n3ds xl isn’t that old, and besides, even if it gets old, we still have homebrew. The community will not keep this console alive forever, but they definitely aren’t pulling the plug anytime soon
I think it will be a while until the community forgets about it. And it would be a shame as it’s a great device!

I got this at a flee market but if you have retro stores around you, you should definitely keep an eye out for them. Or ebay even though they’re a bit more expensive

I don’t have any gloves but at the time I didn’t have any external mics so there was a lot of echo and I tried to remove it in post

fave era, but coming back to my 3ds, my eyes hurt because the screen seems to be washed out
IPS screens ones are a bit better but even so, the New 3DS XL still looks pretty good for me

I always loved playing this game on my 2DS, but unfortunately 2 months ago, my device broke by the fact when I turn it on, it makes a popping sound and then turns off. Still the best game console I could ever get.
If you keep it on charging for a bit longer, is it still doing the same thing? Maybe it’s something easy, like battery. Don’t let it die

🥺 I never really got in to Zelda. But I got link between worlds for practically nothing and I can’t put it down. It’s so damn fun. And I’m not even a pro fan. I recently am getting back in to my GameCube and 3ds… So many 3ds games just aged like fine wine. I’m super glad I got another one when prices were low my freaking gosh lol. Then ya got all the great games on DS it’s pretty amazing.
I also dig super Mario 3d land too. I saw world for switch and I was like… yuck… wtf is this bs ? Lol these games run a lot like a 6th gen home console. It’s pretty amazing. And that gen has always been my favorite graphics.
I can relate so much to this. My first true Zelda game was Breath of the Wild and the first 2 games I got for the 3DS last year were 3D Land and Link Between Worlds. Such great games.
