He also mentioned that he was a certified EMT. If he is, the state will definitely permanently suspend his certification. He of all people should know that he should comply with any and all law enforcement officials, especially when a law enforcement official is attempting to pull you over and you continuously ignore his authority to do so and continue to elude him.

Everything here could have been avoided by just pulling over and cooperating. Trooper probably would have found the pipe but the felony fleeing and resisting arrest would not be stacked on top of it.

Stops in the middle of a traffic lane on an exit, asks for a supervisor, refuses to exit vehicle, fights the officer when he attempts to remove him from vehicle, refuses to get on the ground, fights being handcuffed, and eleven seconds after being dumped in back seat of troopers car asks to make his phone call. Not all that bright ... and he wants to be a Marine? I doubt he would survive Basic.
