Awesome every day people helping law enforcement out, a big thank you to you gentlemen.
10/10 this is how normal citizens of Arkansas react to a motorist in need
10/4. I stopped to help someone just outside of Hot Springs I thought had broke down. I was in construction clothes. When I walked up, it was a guy in a suit that had to make a phone call. We both laughed. 3 miles up, I actually broke down and Karma kicked in. The same guy in a suit offered me a ride. I knew what the problem was and told him it was a 2 minute fix and again, we both laughed. This was in mid August. I fixed the issue and was back on the road in no time. We help each other out when we can for sure. The throttle cable came loose at the intake but I fixed it permanently that evening. lol
The real heros today are those guys that pulled the trooper out and got him back in the pursuit
It's always great seeing people help out just because and knowing nothing comes of it other than a heartfelt thank you from a trooper. To the trooper, we'll done making sure that guy didn't get away because you got stuck, I live that determination!
People MOVE OVER when officers are behind you with lights or sirens or both going and if you forgot you move to the right. Why are people so arrogant and brained in not caring how much more dangerous that makes it, damn!
When the Trooper was pulled out by some good ole boys; I got a little tear.
I got “allergies” lol
Kudos to those gentlemen who came along at the right time!!! Kudos to the Trooper for doing his job with his tenacity to catch a “bad” guy driving on the interstate putting himself and other’s in harms way…. I’ll probably comment again when they show the capture of this fool on the highway!!
That's how people in Arkansas are. Always around to lend a hand or a tow to those in need.
What a great bunch of guys! Thank you all!
I know this trooper! Heck of a guy! Awsome job Earls!!!
I’m glad to see there is good Samaritan’s out there.
Good job boys ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Trooper's back in the game.
I can't believe people just kept passing a troopers with 🚨 and sirens. A standing ovation for those who stopped to help the trooper out
This was a spot on tutorial and demonstration on how to earn yourself a couple “get out of jail free” cards! Southern hospitality at its finest! Had this same situation happened north of that mason dixon line this officer would still be sittin there stuck to this very day! 😂 kuddos to these good ol’ boys!
Newbie here just subscribed yesterday. Love the videos and the music blessed be
👋🥰 Hello @grandmawolf6288 my dear friend! Blessings on you also! 💞💞
Looks like a job for
Matt’s Off-road Recovery
It's sunny, about 41 degrees, a little windy... we'll get em' out.
That's wonderful to see...THOSE young men are gonna grow up to be MEN!!!
Just some good old boys helping out a fellow man and their community 👍👍
I like Arkansas troopers way of doing things, I am in Texas, our DPS doesn’t even do pit maneuvers, or even have push bars on their cars
Texas Highway patrol can and do conduct PIT maneuvers. They can also shoot out the tires of fleeing vehicles
Tbh that cap Texas DPS does have push bars
Nobody, and I mean nobody, makes Sheriff Buford T. Justice look like a possum’s pecker.”
Lemme have a diablo sandwich and a dr pepper and make it fast, Im in a god damn hurry
"But what about the Band....... shut yo aaaassss."
That was awesome of those men to stop and help really awesome
I have no doubt there are many more good citizens out there in America that be the same - Caring generous humans that are always out & about. Cheers fellas.
Thanks for the great videos NST! 💞💞💙💙🚔🚔
This music seems to bore right into my cerebral cortex. Sitting, standing, or reclined I go straight into boogey mode. Love it! Always great video's too! I love your whole presentation.
I love the people passing in the far left lane as a pursuit ensues lol. Some people got some balls to pass a cop with blue lights on.
I'll pass all day long IF they are under the speed limit. Do not impead traffic
Thanks to the guys that pulled the trooper out.
Oh that was awesome!! We need more like those young men, even though I think they are out there already doing good!! Hats off to them!!!
14:06 Love that hemi rumble
I certainly wouldn't want to be a criminal in Arkansas. These State Police never give up. They're like a Rottweiler with a T-Bone.
And encouraged to be so. Governor Asa Hutchinson is a big time LEO supporter.
I've never seen a cop take out his own vehicle during a PIT maneuver.
That's got to be embarrassing!
I wish I could have been there in my personal vehicle. I would have given the officer a tug out of the ditch had him on his way in no time.
I love it!
Love some Southern Boys. Always looking to use those ropes or chains to pull someone out of the mud.
Other channels seem to get this kind of video complete with GPS and speed readings making it more enlightening. Is there a reason yours is scrubbed of that info?
I guess you haven’t watched the 100+ videos I’ve produced since this one. I had to learn how as I went. But they do t always come with the data, that is true.
The fact that the Trooper tried to give chase AFTER being stuck for several minutes is bizarre
Tenacity
@@jillwisland680 and a sense of duty 🤗
Pride was hurt.😊
God bless the good old boys from the south
3:35 This, in the industry, is called the "Change lanes to see if hes going to pull you over" maneuver. Once the cop switch lanes to be RIGHT behind him in the middle lane, nearly cutting off that other car... he knew he was fucked.
I remember working @ a local Casino, this lady was a Pit Manager she called me Mayflower. I tried to tell my boss, but he lied to me & said he was native American too.
driving that far and not stopping for the police. i know the pit was on its way 😀
Love all the people NOT in law enforcement trying to tell someone who is how to do their job. It's quite historical tbh. 😂
Hysterical?
@Portland Vlogger57 good to see a Mainah on here!! I love watching ASP Chases. Lol. I subbed to your channel😊
Wtf why are other cars passing while a cop has sirens on?
They should run the tag of that suv at 2:06 that refused to get out of the fast lane to let the trooper by. smh.
This channel has no ending, neither resolution nor satisfaction.
what a pursuit that was lol. He needs to pursue some more driving classes before the drivers always win lol
Had the drivers home address in Conway.
just came across your channel very please you are outstanding :
Nice pit.
Thought he would catch back up to the guy after being yanked from the ditch lol
Wow
Owned by a toyota corolla doing 47 mph?
I feel like that cop didn't even try to get back on the road. 🤔
I believe he got stuck.
Clearly backwards in a ditch. His common sense told him it’s not gonna drive out of that.
I wanted to hear the reason they gave for failing to stop
the trooper's car was stuck? omg
Pitting at highway speeds in heavy traffic? For speeding? Not exactly pursuit of a dangerous felon. Already had the license plate number, and the car presented no danger to other motorists. The trooper ended up going to their known address --- should've just followed in the first place. The trooper needlessly created a very dangerous situation.
That is horrible logic, a pursuit is very dynamic so just because it was slow doesn’t mean things couldn’t change to be dangerous. The trooper did nothing wrong, it’s ILLEGAL to run from the police, so letting someone go isn’t a good answer not to mention they could tampering with so much if they beat you to their house and let’s not forget just because a plate has an address associated doesn’t mean it’s right, bad people move around a lot not to mention it could be a fresh stolen car etc. blaming LE for other peoples choices is insane logic
@@JakeJDM Yes! They could have had illegal drugs and stolen contraband and bodies in the trunk and puppies in paper bags - your logic makes perfect sense! Are you in law enforcement?
It’s Arkansas, they never let anyone go.
@@Lilo-A 😅👏😅👏😅
Dude, that was Arkansas State Trooper, those guys don´t give a shit 😆
Officer drives like a bat out of hell on a slow speed chase. Car is registered and home address is known. I have never seen any chases in Ark. Where they don't have a call out and 2 officers are required to assist. I-40 has cameras and they monitor those cameras ( sub. Broadcastify archive logs.) People have to go home sometime. Bathrooms, beds, food, etc. Conway has more Officers on force than I've ever seen. Have an officer waiting at their home. Can't even walk down Oak street without 4 cop cars surrounding. The Cops get out interrogate. Basically call me a prostitute. I had a friend that was lost coming from another state and I was meeting them. More prostitute questions. More me standing by my right to privacy and probable cause. Then a huge lecture about my disrespect from someone that every sentence they called me a prostitute. Let me disclose who I met right here my same sex, married friends of opposite gender from me. If your main streets are Known prostitute areas as I was told to justify your derogatory discrimination towards me, at least post signs stating that pedestrians will be stopped and called whores.
So, armchair lawyer here... But please do prove me wrong.
1: The cop was only going to detain and question the person driving, as no law enforcement had witness a crime. Citizen tips do not equate probable cause, but may elude to reasonable suspicion. This is why the officer was going to stop him in the first place.
2: The suspect was driving normally with traffic, signaled for lane changes and did everything by the book for traffic laws.
3: The officer used a PIT maneuver unreasonably, in disregard to a 2021 policy change that happened as a result to a settlement lawsuit, where similar to this incident... the officer PITed a woman after only 2 min of tailing while the person was trying to find a suitable place to pull over, with her blinker on. The PIT caused the car to flip and injured her. This was the statement of the policy. "the maneuver should only be used when an officer believes it is objectively reasonable to protect a third person or an officer from imminent death or serious injury, or when the officer objectively believes other exigent circumstances exist." There was no such urgency in this case.
Those 3 things equate that all of this was very unnecessary and likely grounds for a lawsuit. Reports from "upstanding citizens" is definitely not, and should never be, grounds to take legal action against someone. Especially on the road. Say, you accidently cut someone off and they were jackwagons about it... "Doot Doot Doot... Yes, hello, mister police man, this guy just went by me at like 200 miles an hour, yeah i got his license plate number, its this this this XYZ. Thank you, i hope you get him!". This is 100% likely. I have reported people for littering, for similar reasons. Now, they did throw a bottle out their window and it hit my windshield, but still... Vindictiveness exist and always should be considered when in a situation like this. So the people in the car may or may not have even been speeding... Not stopping for police, when you are not doing any other crime other than not stopping... is a misdemeanor. So... this cop legitimately PIT maneuvered a reasonably acting driver in the middle of seemingly rush hour... for a misdemeanor. Theres a problem with that...
Stationary officer chair(no castors) lawyer here: before he lit him up, I hear his computer make a tone after what I assumed was him entering the plate into it. Maybe that was what gave the officer the info he needed to light him up, expired tags or suspended license?
Also on ASP, their discretion for PITs seem to be more loose than other states, many viewers disapprove of this I notice
12:05 the officer announced to dispatch that he was initially lighting up for speeding.
When he lit him up, he didn't stop. He just kept on going. That is a felony. There was no way any of this was going to be avoided unless the foolish person stopped when the state trooper turned his lights on him.
That's why you ride through there in a pack. He can't turn out in time to catch shit. Do it after a rainy day and they can't go anywhere if they slide off the road. And run the old highway.
Where are these cops when people are racing… and they do it daily
Someone needs to get transferred to a desk job.
ASP are like the key stone cops LOL
How could he fuked that up, slowest pursuit Ever and look at you
The first pit maneuver attempt was very dengurese for the other cars. This cop shouldn't do that unless there is another police car behind him to slow and stop the traffic.
Idiot. Spell much?
Very the fuck WHAT?
Why was this posted? Did Officer Dumbell's sergeant do it to embarrass the shit out of him?
Now that was funny!
So, let me see if I have this straight: Trooper Earls drives like a bat out of hell--putting every other driver on the interstate at risk--to catch up to a speeder. Then, once he activates his lights, that driver slows down to a pace under the posted speed limit and slides over to the far right lane so faster traffic can pass unobstructed. Apparently, in Trooper Earls' mind this presents a dangerous situation that requires the application of a PIT maneuver, obviously to protect the safety of all the other motorists on the highway who seem to have no trouble casually passing on the left--you know, as you're taught to do in driver's ed. The PIT fails and leaves his patrol unit stuck in the shoulder off the highway for roughly three minutes, but never fear: The solid citizens of Arkansas step up to pull him back on the road. Back in saddle again, does Trooper Earl at last use good judgement and slowly drive to the suspect's apartment to cite him for several infractions? Of course not. His ego is bruised, so he puts the petal to the metal for another three minutes, burying the speedometer on that ol' Dodge Charger--and again putting every other driver on the road at risk--so he can catch that Corolla-driving hooligan. Which (ahem) he doesn't. Instead, he finally grows a brain--or loses his erection; same thing, I guess--and shuts it down, then later drives to the perp's apartment for a little meet-and-greet. Because, you know, that's the address that came back on the tag he ran when he caught up with the Corolla and before all that cop machismo kicked in. Sound about right?
It's not very often you watch a pursuit video where the more dangerous participant is the cop. Drive safe, Arkansas motorists, and keep your eye out for those troopers--it appears to me they're the drivers you need to worry about and keep your eye on.
I never not once noticed him "driving like a bat out of hell" or put anyone else in danger with his driving. Sounds like you have a thing against cops and are looking for something to complain about.
@@davidgoad3486 These RUclips comments are filled with idiots like that 😂 Leave it up to them, Criminals would never be caught
Go enlist, frank 😅👎
This trooper could’ve hurt many people with insecure pit. Appreciate those guys helping out. Back the blue.
When running from the police. One must choose a car with over 100 horsepower preferably over 5 or 600
He made a dangerous situation for everybody after he got pulled out the mud! All because his ego got hurt!
Popo 👮♀️ got stuck
HAHA!!!
too bad they didn't show the trooper arresting the bad guy. :-(
Wait, they pitted him because he simply wouldnt stop? He wasnt speeding, he wasnt serving all over the road. It wasnt an hours long chance even. This was a simple speeding violation that they only got hearsay evidence of... and they tried to pit him? holy fuck dude.
lmao
Not very good
