    Hopefully she will get insurance. That way there will be one less uninsured motorist out there driving the highways!

      1/2 of Arkansas drivers pull the pay for a month of insurance then cancel trick. That's why my rates are as high as they are. Honest people always pay the price for people who try to cheat the system.

    If that was here in Australia they’d whack a defect notice on ur vehicle most likely have it towed

      What's a defect notice ?

      @azim_azcuber7263 Месяц назад +2

      It means your car is defective or not road legal and thus needed to be towed

      @@azim_azcuber7263 well , if that happens here in the states ( it needs to) then the police would be busy for a long time ! Have a good day

      It will definitely be towed in NY.There two states that do not require insurance but Arkansas is not one of them.

      In America, our justice system is very weak, especially in places like Texas, basically crime goes unchecked, including murder. Americans believe gun violence is cool, hence our elections.

    Your tags can come up that you have no insurance 😵‍💫 do what ? So why do they ask to see your insurance if they already know.

    I love how every cop wants to be a seat sniffer,also saying do you mind if I search your car, absolutely no searches it's supposed to be in the constitution,these cops took a oath to uphold the constitution but just always believe it's ok to ask to violate rights unbelievable

      With her previous conviction of drugs with intent to deliver is cause to search.

      @@alicewistrand210 doesn't matter can't search because of prior convictions,if the person is on probation,the officer has the right,but if there not, it's called free, it's unconstitutional learn your rights.

      She could have said no, but she didn't. He followed proper procedure by asking and obtaining permission before he searched. The 6th amendment says unreasonable search and seizure, and no warrant shall be issued without probable cause. If he asks and she consents, it isn't an unreasonable search. If she said no, then the officer would have been required to acquire a warrant to search.
