C-46's incident report:
"On Thursday, August 31st, 2023, at approximately 3:43 pm, I was contacted by Arkansas State Police - Troop C regarding a
pursuit in Craighead County of a robbery suspect. Troop C advised that the Craighead County Sheriff's Department was
northbound on Greene 731 Road, approaching Greene 710 Road behind a gray Dodge Charger, failing to yield at a very high
rate of speed. I proceeded to the area in an attempt to locate the fleeing car. At approximately 3:55 pm, Corporal Chris
Davenport (C40) spotted the vehicle on State Highway 358; the car cut through a yard and turned eastbound on State Highway
358. I proceeded south on State Highway 141 and reached the intersection of State Highway 358. Greene County Deputies
placed spikes at the intersection as I proceeded East on State Highway 358.
At approximately 3:56 pm, I spotted the gray Dodge Charger turning south into a private drive. The car made an abrupt U-Turn,
colliding with a trash can as it turned back eastbound onto State Highway 358. The Dodge Charger accelerated quickly,
maneuvering around three deputies and two civilian cars. As the pursuit continued eastbound onto State Highway 358, the
fleeing vehicle continued driving erratically, traveling around blind curves in the wrong lane of travel at a very high rate of
speed. As I closed the distance to the car, I observed two occupants inside the vehicle, the driver being a white female. I
relayed this information to Arkansas State Police - Troop C and advised them that I was now the lead vehicle in the pursuit.
We continued eastbound on State Highway 358, where the fleeing Dodge Charger again went around a blind curve in the
wrong travel lane, nearly colliding head-on with a white SUV. Shortly after, while passing a motorcycle that was traveling
westbound, the driver intentionally swerved toward the motorcycle, causing the operator to veer off the roadway. Continuing
East, we passed a school bus at approximately 117 miles per hour. I again attempted to close the distance to the fleeing
vehicle, reaching a top speed of 128 miles per hour, knowing the roadway had a straight and level stretch to where I could
successfully perform a TVI with a minimal chance of civilian casualties. As I gained and shortly before the straight, the vehicle
began braking hard and turned northbound onto Greene 715 Road. Continuing northbound on Greene 715 Road, the roadway
turned to gravel. Due to the dust, I lowered my speed and relayed this information to dispatch. We continued on Greene 715
Road, and when the roadway turned paved again, I could no longer see the fleeing vehicle. I passed several residents outside
waving and pointing, letting me know the car was close and in front of me. Deputies from Greene County and Craighead
County were approaching the location from the south of Greene 715 Road as I was coming from the north, effectively cornering
the fleeing car. At approximately 4:03 pm, as the suspect approached the deputies, the vehicle veered right then left,
overcorrecting and traveling off the roadway. The car impacted a mailbox at 567 Greene 715 Road and continued through the
yard. The vehicle then impacted a ditch, causing the airbags to deploy as the vehicle ran through a fence at 495 Greene 715
Road before coming to a final rest in the yard.
At approximately 4:04 pm, we conducted a felony stop on the vehicle. After refusing to exit the car, both driver and passenger
were apprehended at 4:10 pm. The driver was identified as Briana Hughes (5/5/1991 W/F), and the passenger, Mistie Brewer
(1/17/1974 W/F). I requested EMS to check on both subjects. No items of value were not located during the vehicle inventory,
and I asked for the next tow truck in our rotation, Rudi's towing of Paragould. EMS cleared both subjects for transport. Brewer,
the passenger, was released due to no charges. The mailbox is estimated at $150, and the fence is $500. The Dodge Charger,
bearing South Dakota license plate 1HU707, VIN 2C3CDXMG4PH536560, was a rental car from Enterprise with an estimated
value of $36,052. Greene County Deputies transported Hughes to the Greene County Jail, where she is currently being held on
the below charges.
5-54-125(d)(3)2023 - Fleeing - Felony - Vehicle or Conveyance - Substantial Danger of Death
5-38-203(b)(4) - Criminal Mischief - 1st Degree (Damage
She pulled a slick one when she made that sharp left at the church with the gravel road.😂
She knew that road. Bet she's done that before.
Why do we keep letting this happen?? She was just let go after just a few days in jail, for the same thing!!! 3 days later she pulls this I am beyond pissed at our justice system. Officers risk their lives to keep idiots like this off the streets and then they are just let go!!! WTF??
Her earlier charge was 2 years ago, but the report doesn’t say she had been in jail for that reason when she was released 3 days before this incident. Maybe you know something I don’t.
The only way to stop this is: first offense, automatic 5 years no parole. Seize the vehicle. Second offense, automatic 10 years no parole. Lifetime ban on license and license. These bans should be across USA. If there is a third, life without parole.
@@user-peach408 you are not factoring in the amount of prisons that would need to be built and the strain on the tax payers to house and feed them. We cannot afford it.
@@ampatriot but you can afford all the increase in taxes, insurance, cost of goods and services etc to pay for criminals to continue. Back in the day it was a deterrent, the difference is now they don’t enforce the sentences so no lesson learned. If something is not done soon, we are going down!!
Prisons are a lot cheaper than criminals loose in society!
Congratulations NST on the 600th episode and being one of the best channels on youtube!! Thank you for all your work getting them posted and for the entertainment!
Crazy how fast you can get down the road when you don't care about who you kill or if you die. What a menace to society.
yeah so are cops
I really like the videos, like this one, where the MPH is also recorded on the dashcam screen. It adds a lot to it. Makes viewing more intense and gives a better sense of the danger.
We ❤ you guys up here in Canada 🇨🇦 too
Great job Officer Davenport for not giving up on the chase especially on the dirt another great video from ASP and NST and I would be proud to put one of those great bumper stickers on my old Subaru
70 k views on 3 days... guess I'm not the only one who's always happy to see you drop new videos!
Great job, NST! ❤
Gorgeous scenery!
Crowley’s Ridge is an unusual geological formation that rises above the Alluvial Plain of the Arkansas Delta. The ridge contrasts sharply with the surrounding flat table land of the Delta. Some places it's 12 miles wide and some places only a mile. There's a state park up there. It's gorgeous.
@@Sternodox Thank you! 😊
Arkansas state is no place to act a fool...
These fellas don't play.
Law enforcement is damned if they do and damned if they don't!!!
the dust trail was smart
Wow, complete disregard for human life. Looks like she deliberately forced the cyclist off the road. So many other near collisions as she was driving in oncoming lane.
Seems like the judges are more disregard about another people lives letting this criminals go three day after arrest. Unbelievable!
Judges in America are a joke!
Maybe the Judges should be made to view these videos !! And if they already do this and still release them. . . Shame on THEM
Some people have a total disregard for anyone's safety. Thanks for another great video. 👍
@@prettyflyforaknifeguyYou know what would result in police not engaging in dangerous chases?
Not leading one.
@@prettyflyforaknifeguyTracking how? Magic tracking devices that automatically apply themselves to the vehicle during the pursuit? 😐
Your NST-ness and 600 great vids are most appreciated! Congrats 🎉
great job troopers and sheriff dept ,back the blue all the way ,retired st clair county michigan sheriff deputy
Epic chase and scenery
I agree with another person who just commented why do these judges keep allowing the trash back out on OUR streets to keep endangering our law enforcement lives and public lives this BS needs to f n stop!!!
So many Americans got police records. They let some of them out to relieve an overburdened system.
The gravel road is dangerous but it does leave a dust trail for a little while.
the Karting boy must have seen his life stopping at 5:50
She managed to do all that in a v6 gt charger. Woah
I said the same thing .. that 3.6 moving fr
She had a need for speed!
ASP has great cameras in their cars and great mics but I really with they sleeping up’s get body cameras so we can see more
Congratulations On Letting People Out Of Jail After All The Lives Put In Jeopardy 👍
“If you make the police come get you, you can bet yo ass they bringing an ass whooping with them”. Chris Rock.
Congratulations on 600🎉🎉🎉🎉 Amazing videos on an amazing channel!!
She's drives in the oncoming lane whenever you can't see. It's reckless and stupid.
These Arkansas State Police could win a Daytona 500.
Driving in the opposite lane should be charged as attempted murder.
Man driving on that gravel takes nerves of steel!
And here I thought the duke boys wrecked a lot of Chargers!
The Arkansas state police are on their game, but the duke boys would have been driving the undefeated charger so Roscoe P. Coletrain would have been just as frustrated now as he was then. LOL@@davidgardner1810
PRISON. Hopefully, the driver spends a long time behind bars for this nonsense.
Thank you for all you do!!!
She made a clean escape....when it came time to prosecute her.
The brakes on that Cruiser are smoking!!
It would be nice to see the body cam and dash cam footage from the Greene County Deputies.
I actually miss living in Paragould and use to know all the deputies there. Since I’ve moved to Missouri and got into law enforcement it amazes me how different each state is.
It would. But this pursuit was just cleared for release yesterday. That footage isn't available yet or it would have been featured.
NST = a virtual EweTube Terminator. Gracias, brother!
Awesome job guys
Asp has this down to a science…..LOL AWESOME JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congratulations on 600! I guess they thought they could get away. Nice chase video!
This was the scariest close calls video ive seen & im only a couple minutes in.😮
Los admiro buen trabajo señores
This particular Charger is a GT, meaning both the Hemi and All Wheel Drive. That means the GT can outmaneuver the Rear Wheel Drive Police Chargers on surfaces with reduced traction. Damn. And they did just that several times.
At least some of the trooper cars are all wheel drive also. His biggest challenge is he can’t see. Car in front has a clear view
All charger GT’s are v6 AWD
The gt is a v6 and awd.

I have had a few comments about my sticker and hopefully they are now hooked on NST like I am. ❤
Wish all departments were like the ASP. They don't mess around with these jackasses.
Love to see custom brakes on their cruisers. Ceramic/Carbon Fiber rotors with 8 piston calipers.
Y'all was so nice. I wonder why🤔
I wouldn't want to be the trooper following (alone) that suspect back into the Hollars of rural Greene and Randolph counties. Too dangerous back in there.
Awesome 👌
That pursuit sent the calvary
Hey, that was some excitement! They had to get in on that stuff. 😁 Paragould isn’t exactly the crime capital of Arkansas.
Congratulations on #600! ❤
Who gonna pay the home owner for all that damage ? Great work ASP !
Just love you guys in uniform ❤❤❤❤😊😊
With such smooth roads the chase will always be on. Imagine if those roads were riddled with holes. Their will be no chase.
They'll probably give her 30 days and probation again. The system sucks it's all about money
Arkansas judges are corrupt as they come.
#600!!! Woop woop!!! ❤❤
I have become addicted to the rap intro. Now I must admit to being an addict if anyone asks. What have you done to me NST? (rhyme not intentional..... or was it )
Congratulations on 600! I love this channel
I went to comments immediately & I knew she wasn't black because I couldn't find any subliminal racist remarks & most of the comments are quite subtle for the good ole girl who's just down on her luck 😁
Female Driver. All of this just because she was running late for a nail appointment.
Omg. A charger. How surprising. 😂
Congratulations Episode 600. Still Love the music and watching stupid people. 👍
Crazy chase. Crazy how many ARs were pulled out 💀 they had the whole department and felt the need to grab ARs 😂
The minute that Charger took off and you couldn't see it anymore I was reminded of the Roadrunner leaving Wile E. Coyote behind in a puff of smoke - Beep! Beep!
I don't know she didn't come out of the car at first. I mean, she cant stay in there, and the police aren't just going to call it a day and leave.
Excuse me wheres the black occupant he spoke of , exactly wasn't one
I see no problem pitting this one, Criminal offense, high speeds citizens in jeopardy.
She can drive tho for real 😧
Happy 600!
She's currently out on $75k bond. Next court date set for 1/17/24. God help her bail bondsman 🙏
She picked the worse road ever!!
Dang was that Daisy Duke... Respect!
Congratulations on 600! Love this channel! You all stay safe and God Bless all Law Enforcement!
When criminals don’t watch RUclips
Thank you so much everyone ❤
Congratulations NST for episode 600 your the best Thank you for all your work
Shorty was movin tho!! 😂
Congratulations, but I must say if he didn't have help and if she didn't wreck out,she possibly could have gotten away, her driving was 👌🤔
Her driving was horrendous. The description of the charges confirm this.
She wasn't driving during the whole pursuit!!!!!😮
I remember when you first begun.
We've come a long way! lol
You are on FIRE tonight! 💪🏾💜
How did the get behind a closed gate? Or did i miss something?
CFS COMMENTS ADDED💻
The report states 2 WF’s and the officer yells out
1 BF and 1BM… 🤷🏼♀️
WOW, nst your just pumping them out, thanks. Robbery suspects are especially slippery because they enhance the pursuit to new levels, especially on the turns and there's a dozen officers behind them, but this primary ASP Trooper has no video ID tag?
The judge could be a family member since they do what they want
I hope her Charger was a V8 too because she sure could drive it hard if it was a V6
it was a GT so a V6
She can drive!
Just because it's a "Charger" don't mean nothing especially your friendly GT model. People need to do More research on Mopar trim levels ie; 345's,392's with suspension upgrades tires, Brembos, air intake tazers and high flow converters. You can drive a Camry or Altima fast if your on the throttle but that don't make the engine powerful.....just like the V6 GT.
totally invested once they hit the gravel...
You're prepared to take someones life talking about you're going to get a rifle.
im argentinian. and i would like living in U.S. i would feel super safe
The Arkansas State Police is the real deal,Dam. They are always very calm, they are well trained.
The suspects really thought they’d get away on two lane winding rural roads packed with all sorts of cops that got nothing better to do but lots of time on their hands and radios? 😂
A lot of people complain. But, I love the music and scenage in the intro. It just works. I wouldn't want Donny Osmond singing.
I was thinking that the address might be on the mail box in front of the truck at the driveway.
im just here for the weak ass comments and all the judgemental fucks that have no clue as to how someone could possibly run like that from police especially after being harrassed for years by them.i love the black man who suppose to be in the trunk? i had just been released for fleeing charges that i plead guilty on only because they had two years to convict me but still didnt and had no offer due to no evidence that it was i driving, but to get released from jail, i took the plea deal and prayed for a new start.. and believe me i have reguard to human life outside the vehicle, i am a mother of two. but this is the problem with yall, until you have walked in my shoes,we all fuck up, ....i feared for my life because im not only a suspect in a robbery as they stated...no charges filed still, but they just wont quit fuckin with me to the point of me scared for my life actually. so judge someone else because im sick of the shit. and yes it was a V6 HAHAHA ponder on that for awhile.
nice
Why did he need to get a rifle only AFTER they said it's a black male and a black female 🤔?
Felony stop. Don't make it racial. Felony stop doesn't discriminate.
The point was if he was going to take a rifle out it should have been taken out but it was only mentioned after please specify if it was a black male and female
@@NaturalStateTransparency The point they’re making is that he only remembered the rifle AFTER the races were mentioned.
So the passenger managed to flee or what?
Whoever saying that the cops did a good job are nuts my family lives down that road they should have not put others lives at jeopardy if they wanted who ever was driving or what ever do it differently go to there home work etc this is like a shoot out or just as dangerous I'm sure those people's crimes wouldn't or don't or can't compare if they would have took a life being reckless SMH SMH
So say this carload of good, moral and prudent citizens committed crimes against you and your family. Heck, let’s say they just burglarized your home while you were gone and the cops found them.
Then what.
We should let them go.
Never said anything about letting them go, not saying that at all point is the cops acted just as bad as the criminals by putting lives at risk with this chase if one of them would have crashed into a citizen and killed a innocent person wouldn't that make the cops criminals then ,they were careless and wreck less and should have went about catching these criminals in a different way other than the way they went about it .this should be against the law for police to do high speed chase ,I know of the police doing the sane thing to a 15 yr old bit who took his grandma's car and police chased him until he crashed the car caught fire the boy ended up at Memphis at the children's hospital in a coma for a month,
Get a life, you don’t know what you’re talking about! Can’t let these perps go!
