I like the third apartment the best but wouldn't feel safe living on the first floor. The prices there are really cheap. Since I can afford to spend $1,000 USD, I'd love to see what that gets in terms of size and amenities.
Love what you're doing. 3 different apartments. I like number 2 best. One comment, learn the terminology: nightstand, dresser, vanity (for makeup), entertainment center (for the TV), courtyard (where the grass area is located), patio doors, shower stall or wet room, etc. Great JOB!!!

@@SammieBey If interested in a property..the best way to know what’s going on is to go visit it yourself..online people can say or do anything…nothing against no limit not talking about him…these are not his properties..he’s just giving you a visual idea of what you can rent for how much…
The third apartment is the best because it is designed like a normal apartment with a large bedroom, not with appliances and walls randomly placed everywhere in tight spaces. What's the price in USD? I like the apartment you have right now, though, for $187 USD.
For a man it's great, but for a woman it would be dangerous to live on the ground floor, and expect to get natural sunlight with the curtains wide open. Too many creeps in the world for that.
The apartment I have now is awesome no doubt. Ground floor units are never the best.

I am moving to New Cairo this year prayerfully. I know someone who has lived there for 15 years and has worked there. I also purchased your ultimate guide to see if that could help me transition better. I really just need to stabilize my income but I'm saving up for it to at least take a three-month visit over there this year. I like the second apartment the best by the way.

I would suggest you choose the second apartment out of these options. Even though the third is really nice. It is just you so save some pounds. Be safe brother.

As soon as you start to google 1200 Egyptian the rest will pop up Egyptian Pounds to US dollars which is like 250. Just use google
Ceiling is the top of the room with lighting….Rooftop is the upper level of the building or level used for outdoor access….

@@nleddie Ceilings top of rooms inside or outside if there is some sort of exterior extension like a patio…Rooftops are the very top exterior of a house or building with or without outdoor access - In Africa balconies are popular
I would choose apt.3, but 2 would probably be doable. Good luck in finding a suitable place to live.🏘😊😊
3rd one is better, only because I need to choose one, sick and tired of seeing apartments where are all the houses 🏠

A full bathroom has to have a bathtub. In the 3rd apartment, that was barely a 3/4 bathroom. You have to slow down while filming. I personally like 2nd apartment.
mate we cannot see anything, why so close up? video from a distant and slowly move the camera around to show a 360 view, slowly. All I see is the floor and sink etc
I would choose number 3 it was bigger nicer and had washer and a dryer more space to work

1st place is a NO. 2nd apartment is probably the best one. 3rd apartment is roomy, but the kitchen is too cramped and that bathroom , I wouldn't call a full bath. You're confined in the corner to be over that tiny drain. On top of that , everything will get wet after every shower.
The first one wasn't for me...the second one I like because you have a bathtub but the third one has a washer and dryer that was cool..I probably would choose number 3...I have to have plenty of light...bathtub and probaly unfurnish...I like my own furniture but if you are just starting out to just have a place temporarily until you find what you really want it's not bad
I love #2 now 3 is nice but I don't like the small shower area.

I like the one with the bathtub, sorry , I get tired of taking showers all the time., I like to immmerse myself and soak in bubbles occassionally. I do not like places with shower only. Egypt seems nice but it is too hot for me, anything over 8O to 85 degree is just suffocating,
I might need to move to Africa......these prices over is crazy especially these apartments in bad parts of town

On certain places you will find that more but not all of Egypt. Just research a lot of you want to move there . Remember it’s a majorly Islamic country and there way of life is different even though it’s more moderate that very conservative Islamic country’s .
