Have a few of this model. They are EXCELLENT! *Anyone looking for a toilet that works well with it get a mondo* (looks like a square or rounded to the wall). My plumber installed the water part behind the toilet so you only see the power cable (and obviously it's still an easy seat swap if something stops working correctly). Highly recommend this product 👍
i Really want to buy one of these. They have good reviews and Bunnings have a good warranty system , BUT do you think i can get any straight answers from Evekare support about weather it will fit my toilet. i Have sent heaps of photos and also held the template over the bowl with photos. All i get is non committal answers . If that's the pre sales support , i would hate to see the after sales support.
Which toilets sold in Australia fit this bidet seat? We can't find a single one with a depth >570mm between the front of the bowl and the base of the cistern. Some very deep Villeroy and Boch bowls go to 535mm but nothing comes close to fitting this seat.
Hi Gavin, This bidet toilet seat has a length of approximately 518mm. You will require approximately 20mm for the seat cover to rest back onto the cistern. A minimum measurement of approximately 540mm is required for the front of the toilet pan to the front of the cistern. If you take these measurements to your nearest Bunnings store, or local plumbing store, they should be able to help you locate a suite suitable to this measurement. The most important aspect is to ensure you have a suite that suits the pin holes on the pan. Alternatively we can send you a template that you can take with you to see if it fits.
I’m looking to purchase this model but my toilet has the water valve on right side of the toilet seat not on left like on the video, which is I might need a extended longer inlet. Is it possible to buy an extended longer inlet? Or Is the inlet still stretchable from the right where the water valve to the left where the water supply for the bidet?
Hi @roger kim, The length of our bidet is 518mm and needs another 20mm for it to rest back upon the cistern. A test you could try is to move the plate as far forward as you can (away from the pan), then firmly tighten and try again to see if it clicks in place. TIP: sometimes the chord can come loose from its grooves at the back of the seat. Make sure they are firmly put away :)
Looks good but doesn't perform well. Water pressure is very soft. not much use. Dryer is too hot even turned down. Controller has no buttons so not much use for the visually impaired. It can only be turned off to save power at the power point which usually means groveling around behind the toilet but the blue light is pretty.

I installed this seat, but feel water spray pressure very low than other similar products.
Is this seat coming with the instant water heating function as water flows through? Or it stores water in a tank?
Is there any way to increase the max water pressure

I faced same issue, the right hand sided inlet. I used the filter as the extension and go around back of the seat. It worked perfectly.
