    I bought this and the instructions wasnt clear. I call the manufacturer and the directory hangs up on you. They also have a chat, so I went to their site, and there's no chat! It's just filing a ticket and they call you back in a few days.
    I was ready to return it until I found this video. It cleared up what I didn't understand from the basic pictures the manual had. You should get paid for this video since the manufacturer can't get it right. Great job!

    Thank you for the detail instructions. Very easy to install. However, the nozzles on my bidet does not seem to work as intended. The nozzle extends out but does not spray water. Instead the water leaks from behind the seat and some of it leaks out to the floor. Any idea how I can fix it?

    • @randomhomegadgets
      @randomhomegadgets  Год назад +3

      At the bottom of the seat there is a drain hole with rubber but on it. Make sure it’s sealed tight, otherwise water will leak out. If that doesn’t fix it, then you likely have a defective unit and should get a replacement.

    • @randomhomegadgets

      There is a rubber ring inside each outlet of the T valve. This rubber ring helps to seal the connection and prevent leaking. Make sure the rubber ring goes all the way in and not tilted, then tighten the hose.

    Fantastic video as I just bought the seat. Everything is hooked up. I did not do the water hookup yet.
    Just curious though, if you hit the remote control and you don't have the water hookup should the nozzle still come out?
    I don't see anything coming out of it when I hit any of those buttons so I'm just curious.
    Thank you.

    • @randomhomegadgets
      @randomhomegadgets  Год назад

      You need to sit on the toilet or use your hand to push down on the seat to activate the sensor first. Otherwise the nozzle won’t come out even if you push the remote button. The nozzle will come out even without hooking up with water, but I’m not sure if it will damage it when no water is inside, so be careful.

    • @randomhomegadgets

      Check all three side of the T valve. Each connection should have a washer (should be on the female end). Probably one of the washer fell out, should be able to just push it in.

      There should be a valve coming out from the wall and connect to the bottom of the water tank with a hose. You may use the T valve in between the wall valve and the hose to the water tank.

      The UK is very strict about outlets in a bathroom. In the USA, full-fledged AC outlets have been allowed in bathrooms for decades, with ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlets required by code since 1977 or so. I’m happy to be able to install this bidet in my bathroom.

      Make sure the mounting plate itself is secured with the screws. Then make sure the seat is secured on the mounting plate, you should feel a click when you slide the seat on the mounting plate, which tells you that the seat is locked in place

    Only the 2 front pads of the toilet seat contact the toilet on mine... the rear 2 are about an 1/8" from contact. seems this would cause bending stress on the seat. ( My first one did crack the seat after 3.5 years and so am replacing it). could someone look at theirs and let me know if that is normal?

      @bcb6634 11 месяцев назад

      Well I'm posting the answer to my own question. I reached biobidet on the phone and they said that yes all 4 pads should carry weight when sitting. They thought the gap was due to the toilet design not being flat...I sort of doubt this is true. anyway I am going to shim it with something.

    Where’s the water going without a live tester?

    • @randomhomegadgets
      @randomhomegadgets  Год назад

      There is a weight sensor on the rim of the seat. When it’s activated (either you sit on it or like me in the video pushing it down), then the bidet is ready to use and shoot water out according to the remote control. If it’s not activated, then nothing will happen when you push the remote.

      @randomhomegadgets It's pretty obvious, I think, but let me elaborate. Many models offer a feminine wash, which washes the vagina, so I figured it only right to have some sort of ball wash...or a frank n beans wash (although the frank may be too far forward and upward to get any water from the spicket). You've always gotta look for opportunities to promote sexual equality 😉

    • @randomhomegadgets
      @randomhomegadgets  Год назад

      Oh I see what you mean now. Yah there’s no specific ball wash function. But the feminine wash function basically move the wand forward enough to do that. It can only wash the back and underside of the balls though, the water is hard to reach the front side.
