I bought this bidet seat from Bunning in Australia there are some thing I think need improving, The valve to operate the flow moves forward the do the rear and backward to do the front this is the opposite of what it should be. The seat is very narrow making it less comfortable than the original toilet seat that we have. The rubber bumpers that support the seat are not high enough when the seat has no weight on it the bumpers do not touch the porcelain as you push the seat down it slightly twist the rear mounting point causing the seat to creak under the pressure of your body weight. The plastic tee piece used to connect the water is too soft, you can easily cross thread the connections and damage the thread making it hard to get a seal. The seat also slides around I will probably need to glue the metal parts to the plastic in future to prevent this. I love the bidet function but think the seat itself needs work.
i Really want to buy one of these. They have good reviews and Bunnings have a good warranty system , BUT do you think i can get any straight answers from Evekare support about weather it will fit my toilet. i Have sent heaps of photos and also held the template over the bowl with photos. All i get is non committal answers . If that's the pre sales support , i would hate to see the after sales support.
used this for 3 days and it was awesome. a luxury i never knew i needed. cleaned the nozzle with a wet wipe and now it dosent seem to hit in the right spot anymore. cant seem to figure out why the spray has so drastically changed
The spigot just keeps popping out while I’m screwing in in, I’ve tried holding it down while screwing in still comes up, the whole toilet seat slides around. Doesn’t matter how tight I screw it, it just slides
I asked a plumber for a quote to install mine and they said it would be 3 grand because they would have to get a council permit and fit extra bits to make sure and avoid backflow of dirty water... i don't see how! A council permit, really. jfc.
@@singingplanet that's not true. It's a scam. Don't trust them. The only thing you need is licensed plumber and a backflow valve which the plumber can get along. It won't cost you more than $300 for the service.
Cheap and nasty, the seat didn’t even fit and the tubing it cheap and nasty. I will be returning tomorrow back to Bunnings. All I got out of this was stress and anxiety plus a bathroom full of water as the plastic attach burst as I turned the water back on. Please don’t waste you money

Is there a right side model to connect the hose? Or is there a longer hose since my water supply is on the right side? Thank you.
My question exactly 😳
they dont make a right hand version but you can buy a longer hose - cost me $5 from hardware store.
Water bidet does the tap or attachment have to be on same side as tap to turn on bidet
dont we have to use a backflow preventer?
no, unless your diarrhea shoots out backwards 90 degrees directly into the bidet jets and also exceeds the water jet pressure of the bidet nozzles.
k..😆😆

Same issues with me😢.
Any suggestions please
The spigots don’t fit in the holes in my toilet
Hi Fuzzuh Wuu,
Just to confirm, do you have back to wall toilet where you cant access the pan holes from the rear?
Mine didn't either, but I just smashed them in with a hammer and it was fine
they don’t fit in mine either
They didn’t fit mine to, stuck on first step, retured it back to Bunnings
My either
Are the spray nozzles self cleaning?
no
trying to install one of these but the spigots r too small for my toilet and wont stay in when i put the screws in. im getting a refund.
Is it true that fitting these bidets are illegal?

@@santsu8392 oh of course I didn't trust them... If I wanted to spend that much I'd get an actual bidet. Probably cheaper, even.

You didn't bothered to show the water pressure or features, disappointed
