    Well done presenting a brief outline. Of this list, I only read 11, versus 51 from the reader’s list. Never Let Me Go and My Brilliant Friend are two of my favorites and glad they made the list.

    Really more than once sentence each, but very useful. I keep looking at the b&n table of some of these books. Demon Copperhead is the b&n book of the month now. It's supposed to be a reworking of Dickens' David Copperfield. The Oscar Wao one sounds like my life story, lol.

    The Emperor of All Maldives and Never Let Me Go are the only books I read from the 100 Best Books of the 21st Century list of The New York Times. 📚

    Number 71 - The Copenhagen Trilogy is my fav of all time!! You shld def give it a read if u havent already read it, u likes days of abandonment by elena ferrante so im sure u would love this trilogy hehe 🤗

    I like some on here but I found the brief wondrous life of Oscar Wao soooo lecherously written. It was the male gaze personified. Not surprising the author has been accused of sexual misconduct

    There are only a handful of books im interested in the top 100... And those top 10... Interested in none. They may have beautiful writing but gosh id go into a reading slump.... None if those books peak my interest.
