I love your beautiful gardens thank you for sharing them with us. A wonderful feature you have is showing us the plant tax so we know the correct names of the flowers that you use. Thank you thank you thank you.
It fills in and just keeps changing so quickly doesn’t it!! It’s been a very fun summer with seeing how this garden is filling in and coming along. Even though it’s been so dry I’ve had to water a lot. 🤪
@@SeasonalDesignsbyDawn yes it does! It’s breathtaking. I have a small “cottage garden “ area because of my lack of sun but even though it’s small it’s filled in more than I thought it would. It’s been fun but with the heatwave it’s been much harder than I anticipated.
@@SeasonalDesignsbyDawn oh yes, almost daily..some can go a couple days. It’s been horrible the past couple days, 109 degrees and air quality is so bad that it’s hard to breathe. Have a great weekend.
Lovely gardens! Your color combinations are very pretty. The verbena b. that's in the blue pot will self seed all over. Mine are coming up even in the cracks of my driveway
Beautiful ❤. Thanks for showing us ur lovely garden . Plants look lush and healthy. Love those folding chairs also. Everything u created is amazing. U videos are informative and inspirational. Thanks again . and landscape. Ur plants looks so lush and healthy. Stunning. Love those folding chairs also.
Hi Dawn, Just found your channel - love it! Your pots are amazing and I especially like the way you meld your gardens with the surrounding fields. I’m also a zone 5 gardener, surrounded by prairie, woods and, of course, DEER. Getting lots of ideas from your channel, and appreciate your plant tag information. Looking forward to more posts. 🌺
I agree with not having a bench up close to the green house. Your green house is your focal point as far as that goes, I ’d think. Nothing should draw away from it. All the beautiful plants lead you to it. It’s perfect.
The layers in your garden of colors are striking…the whole place is gorgeous! So peaceful looking. The Beth’s Blue seems to have been swallowed up in the pot.
Keep in mind just because a plant has dwarf in its name doesn't mean it can't get big.Dwarf will generally mean a smaller version of a particular plant, don't assume it's mislabeled. It's always best to research more than the plant tags.Beautiful garden!!!
Good morning Dawn! Your gardens are so pretty. I agree that some arrangements don't always work out as expected, but it certainly is fun when they turn out better than you thought. I would like to know how you maintain your entry fountain with the umbrella and the little boy and girl. It always looks so clean. I change the water in my fountains everyday for the birds to drink and bathe in and they still get a bit mucky. I look forward to your videos and appreciate all the beauty you create within them. Have a lovely day!
Thanks so much Ruth!! I clean that fountain out probably every other week. It’s a bit more work that my bird baths are (I clean those out weekly). I do hate that they get mucky too!!

Yes the heat and drought have been tough this year. I totally agree. I feel like I water ALOT. I bet you do too!!

Thank you. Yes poor Beth’s Blue. I pack my containers and it’s survival of the fittest🤪
Always beautiful!❤
Thank you! 😊

The tag said 3 feet tall and by the time it was about 8 feet tall I pretty much assume that dwarf didn’t mean 8 feet lol. Thanks so much.😊
I understand a few feet is a reasonable variation, more than twice the size in the tag is most definitely mislabeled.

Your backyard is amazing! 😍 your husband did great with the patio.
Thank you!! I agree!!
Gorgeous! Do you have deer fencing? Rabbits, moles, or voles?! Love the stone work and pergola. Your pots are the cherry on top!
No fencing. The critter mosey through too often!!
Everything looks so amazing Dawn!! Adore all the containers!
Thanks so much! 😊
Just wondering is all these plants from seeds? Or are those all from potted plants?
If from potted plants must of cost a lot of money
All plants I’m afraid. I am able to buy wholesale which helps when purchasing these large quantities.
