Egg cups...I bought 2 deep muffin tins for these. I made 4 with small ham chunks, 4 with cooked sausage and 4 with crumbled bacon and cheese of course. All was delicious. Made a dozen like that for a friend that just got out of the hospital. She raved about them! 😊❤ Love your program!

That blackberry sandwich looks amazing! As a diabetic, I would add some thin sliced grilled/pan browned chicken breast to the sandwich for extra protein, to help slow down the carb intake.
You could add mushrooms to the egg cups. Also, if you add turkey to your grilled cheese with blackberry jam, you will have a "thanksgiving" type sandwich!
The cheese egg muffins remind me of how i cooked for my mother with alheimerz she cudnt use a fork any more( and didnt want anybody to feed her ) so i made all her food , finger foods ! Everything from sausage gravy biscuits to spaghetti squash with sauce and meat 👍all cooked as muffins !

I do the egg muffins also I add hash browns into mine my grandchildren love them and I also put Jimmy Dean's cook sausage I do 12 at a time and freeze them and then when they come over for breakfast I just take out what they want and cook them in the microwave to throw them they are wonderful
I just wanted to tell you that I tried your firecracker casserole and it was a big hit with the family. I also tried your honey garlic, bacon potatoes the air fryer ones and they were awesome. I really enjoyed those. My son-in-law is on a low carb diet, so we are trying to cut back on his potatoes so I made him some with some butternut squash in the air fryer. (and your southern drawl reminds me of a loved one whom I lost in 2020. She grew up in Atlanta and my father was smart enough to marry her. I keep wanting to call her and ask her about Duke's, but alas...) I have tried many of your recipes, I try to make at least 2 or 3 new recipes a month. There are several types of “spicy” or “pepper” jams out there. Our favorites have been raspberry jalapeño (seedless of course), and a mango habanero. A lot of specialty stores have them (like salsa/hot sauce stores), farmers markets, outdoor expos/shows, etc. SOOOOOO delicious when making grilled bacon and cheese sandwiches.
Everything looks delicious. Steven is excited about everything you cook. lol Mandy I have made Jalapeno Eggs for years. In 9' oiled glass pie pan. Layer pickled jalapeno slices on the bottom. ( as many you like) I use about 10. In a bowl add 6 to 8 eggs with a splash of milk and salt and pepper. Beat well. Add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and mix. Pour gently over the jalapeno slices. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Allow to cool a little then slice like a pie and enjoy for breakfast. Delicious. Serves 4 to 6. Enjoy. (it's like a Crustless quiche} Have also cut in squares and served as appetizers. These are ingredients you always have in the fridge.
When I make egg muffins I beat the eggs in a jug with a little salt & pepper, but I put the other ingredients straight into the bun tin. This means each muffin gets an equal amount of fillings rather than everything blobbing out of the jug and then having to redistribute the fillings.
That blackberry jam / bacon sandwich reminded me of the sandwiches my mom used to make. I still make my own. She used to put ham and strawberry marmalade in the sandwich, I use turkey now since don’t eat ham anymore but still good. Sometimes I just put some marmalade on a slice of turkey and roll it. Since sweet and sour is my preference, that works perfect for me. Nothing hot though.
I couldn’t wait to see what the outlandish last recipe was all about and I had to chuckle because here in the northeast, we eat just about everything or at least have heard about it and this Sammy is one of our favorites! I use cheddar and even add a bit of minced red onion. If I don’t have any jalapeños on hand I’ll use pepper jelly instead of the blackberry raspberry. Hello from Traverse City, Michigan! We're "cherry capital" USA and put cherry jam on everything 😂 the best cherry surprise I've had was a parmesan crusted grilled cheese with cherry fig jam. Fruit and cheese are just SO GOOD together! 😊
I cook my bacon in my oven, so easy and tasty! I use parchment paper on a cookie sheet, I cut my bacon in half and lay on cookie sheet. Preheat your oven to 400 and bake bacon until your desire. We like crispy bacon and that takes 10-15 minutes. So easy and less mess. I do save my bacon grease

I like making the egg quiche things and making a bunch in a cupcake pan and then you can put them in the fridge and pull one or 2 out for breakfast. I make mine with spinach and ham bits and cheese and whatever else I have on hand lol

My Sam's finally got the Italian seasoning grinders. I was with my SIL when I found it. She looked me funny when was so excited while I snagged it from the shelf. She knows I don't keep Italian seasoning at my house. I have all the spices do I don't need a mix.
All looks good. Since locally grown tomatoes are available now, grilled cheese with tomato is on tap. Bread, cheese, tomato, about 1\4 in. slice with s&p, cheese, bread. So good.

I'm glad you showed egg cups. I forgot about making those. I will make some tomorrow so my husband can have an easy breakfast. (Easy for me). I have probably ten recipes from you that I need to print out. I like sharing them with the younger relatives so they can make them especially the fast and easy ones so they do NOT go out to eat so often.

Mandy have yall tried Murphys mosquito balm? It uses lemongrass and eucalyptus. Rub it on ankles, wrist, back of arms, back of knees.. Smells good mosquitoes won't land on you. Please share with the Bunkeys ❤

I’m thinking I would try the jam bacon sandwich first with a little change. I might make this a monte Cristo sandwich by dipping the bread in scrambled eggs first. I think havarti would be an excellent choice for cheese..i think im going to try this sandwich for my husband with havarti and raspberry jam..with all of the ither ingredients of course. All of the recipes in this video look so great and i am in need of some good lunch recipes

My Sam's finally got the Italian seasoning grinders. I was with my SIL when I found it. She looked me funny when was so excited while I snagged it from the shelf. She knows I don't keep Italian seasoning at my house. I have all the spices do I don't need a mix.
All looks good. Since locally grown tomatoes are available now, grilled cheese with tomato is on tap. Bread, cheese, tomato, about 1\4 in. slice with s&p, cheese, bread. So good.
We add Bacon, homegrown tomatoes, cheese and AVOCADOS on our sandwiches here in DFW... absolutely the best.
I've made that exact egg muffin mixture and put in in the waffle maker. You should definitely try that 😊😉

Absolutely love the recipes! Especially the egg bites. I have had gastric bypass and I so a half of a egg bite is perfect for me. I definitely will use huge turkey sausage instead of of the bacon. Unfortunately I can't eat bacon anymore.
