@@bughunt8076 Download the file in the description! There's also an article.... You download the file, copy it to a usb flash drive (the flash drive must be formatted in fAT 32). Then you put the flash drive in the oscilloscope, reboot the oscilloscope, agree to the update! And you're waiting for the update to happen! That's it!

i dont have to use the serial port ? i only update the firmware right with usb port?
