I have been riding several high end XC bikes. With my newest Canyon Neuron CF9 SL I am still able to stay close to my fastest laps, little slower at the ascent but definitely faster on the descents. It gives me so much more trust and stability… it should have been given much more credits and publicity. Amazing bike! Still waiting for a pro that can show the limits of it. Great video again from gmbn again!

I am pleased with my Neuron CF9, Its a couple of kg heavier than my xc/down country bike, but not much slower. I went for the latest Neuron as it had the closest geometry to my other bike which means it feels very similar. 👍 I was expecting it to not climb well due to it being a little slacker than I would like, but I think that the more upright seat angle compensates for this so actually its not too bad on hills.

Sealed means the balls and bearing have seals, if your bearing has only inner outer rings with visible cage or balls/rollers it's not sealed. If you have a plastic or rubber washer on each side it's sealed preventing the outside elements to come inside. Pretty simple.

I just got a nukeproof megawatt 2022 and it had a headset cable routing. I thought f that this is stup8d espcially since my headset cups ordered did not support headset cable routing. On top of I've been hearing reports of issues woth cable wear and rubbing on the steerer causing problems. and I cut my own cable routing hole. Heh. Nukepro9f sent out a patch amd there patch was to simply send put two pieces of foam for the cable to go in. Headset cable routing whoever thought of that was stupid. Truth is industry is a total rip as no g9v or elites invest to develop a cheap quality frame or company. It's almost left to riders creating there own companies. As big biz does all it can to monoploise and jack prices in the bike industry. You really think big oil wants bikes to get popular.
