Mark Peel’s Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

My daughter and I have been cooking some of my late husband’s recipes. Mark Peel was one of the founders of California Cuisine. He helmed Campanile and co created La Brea Bakery. We have been diving into his cookbook New Classic Family Dinners. This is from that book. It’s not complicated. Just follow a couple rules. You will love it.

Good question. In LA I got mine at Surfas. The idea is that you roast beef and the drippings from that can supply what you need. But best to have more. A good grocery store!
