I was expecting the OG 2006-2009 startup... But still nostalgic. This is also literally the only blu ray player you can hook up to a AV TV without HDMI

Naw a lot of em have composite outputs especially the lower priced ones. I had to do it this way because my first Flat Panel didn't play nice with HDCP... It's a shame too.

I actually never had a PS3, however this video does bring me back to when I very first bought my Xbox 360 and the TV in my bedroom was still a CRT! I remember hooking up those composite video cables and that was still considered normal for a games console! Oh how times change!

I used to have an 80 gb ps3 fat. I gave it away in 2015, it'd been working for 6 years at that moment. It only had issues when a lot of dust built up inside it and it started overheating - I just vacuumed it and it was good to go.
Sometimes I wish to start my PS3 again due to nostalgia

Fun fact: The PS3 never shipped with an HDMI cable, but with a classic AV cable..
