Hey Sean, I'm one of those weirdos who loves long stretch routines. Let's go for a 45 minute full body melt session soon! You are an uplifting spirit. Blessings from your neighbor to the south in Albuquerque.
THANK YOU!!!! We needed this!!!! Where I am in South Florida it isn't a quarantine area but it's so limited, they even closed the beaches. But we have a private beach we've been sneaking to every day because almost nobody is out and it's GORGEOUS weather! I did a beach cleanup and found four shark teeth. This long ass comment is a testament to stir crazy energy lol
Sean Vigue Fitness - It's not just a physical workout, but also a mental workout. So many movie references, my mind has to stay engaged just as much as my body. I come out of every workout feeling great and with a few more movies to add to my quarantine viewing queue. The Mel Brooks "The Producers" recommendation was a good choice.
Was really needing this... I added some mudras and the knot to the pigeon like you taught us , it hit the spot! Let's get some more Post Upper Body , Lower Body, Full body, Post Arms and Abs sessions maybe
Always! I share some of your work with the surfing community online. Many are stuck inside struggling to stay in shape. There is no substitute for surfing, except surfing. Unique combination of balance, cardio and upper body paddling strength. Especially big surf. Maybe a surfer-specific yogalates? Mahalos Sean!
@@SeanVigueFitness Yes i am. Up in the early darkness to begin the day. Between the stretching and you making me laugh with random thoughts, especially the dogs reading abilities, or my inability to stretch combined with bad balance, i feel better and find i'm happier in the mornings. Thankyou
Hmmm...depends on the day but I usually work out right after breakfast so I'll either have an egg with toast and a piece of fruit or a bowl of oatmeal with berries, seeds, and a splash of oat milk. I also usually have a cup of tea..either masala chai, green chai, or turmeric chai. Love my chai!! Great stretch as usual. Thanks Sean!
A great way to start my day. I'll do one of your Pilates core video next. Pre workout drink is usually a lot of water. If I am going to run first, then I will drink green tea and then some water. I usually do all my workouts first thing in the morning so maybe that's why it's just water. 🤔 Thanks a lot coach Vigue.
Recently it has gotten warm enough outside for me to switch back to getting up early and going for a run between 6:30 and 7:00 am, it will be even earlier once it starts to get closer to summer. I usually go out and exercise before I've had anything to eat when I can get out there in the mornings - I've been doing that for a long time and I seem to be someone who can do that. Others are not really able to function unless they have had at least a snack. I do usually make my own concoction afterwards of protein powder (which is generally something plant-based, it sits better than anything & is less apt to make me want to throw up than whey based, among other reasons), frozen fruit, water that I keep in the refrigerator if I am craving something cold, and whatever flavoring and as much stevia to sweeten it all as I estimate it might need. This satisfies my inner need to play mad scientist while I am in the kitchen. Then I like to brew some tea and sit down, and relax. These stretch videos have been very helpful; they are a big reason why I can still be as active as I am at 56.
Hey Sean! Keep up the good work! We need these now more than ever, thank you as always for providing positive energy, laughter, and a variety of exercise routines. Cheers to you and Addy!
Hi Sean, I’m in Scotland. Been feeling stressed lately as I work within the health service. You have really helped return my mental focus with your workouts. I’ve been getting my colleagues to join in too. My go to pre workout morning snack, is porridge with fresh fruit! Keep up the amazing work. Can’t wait for your next video!
Peanut butter and chocolate chip Pro-Meal bar is always a go to before or after a workout. I also love drinking either Kombucha, or Vitamin Water after a good workout as well.
Great video Sean as always. I'm 47yrs old and your workout videos have helped me a lot. Unfortunately, the only thing I cannot do right now is the "downward facing dog", not because I can't or I don't like it, but each time I try it, I feel tingling and numbing across the left shoulder and arm due to the thoracic outlet syndrome that has been tantalizing me since August. Nevertheless, you are the best. Keep up with the good work. Greetings from Greece!
Overtraining and bad posture are responsible for the thoracic outlet syndrome. I can finally do downward facing dog! I didn't relax my shoulders while doing it, that's why I had problems. "Cactus arms" and "lacing my fingers behind my back" have proven to be great!!! And the more I do the routines, the better I become. Flexibility was the key, not just building muscles.
@@SeanVigueFitness very good. especially since I lifted weights for the first time in a couple of months, before I could barely move from the soreness. Thanks to this stretch the soreness was more tolerable!
Good morning. I did the stretch right before starting into my home office. Week two in self-isolation with a full time job and 2 pre-schoolers, at least 4 more to come. I really needed the stretches because my chair is not optimal for all day sitting and my lower back was starting to kill me. Interestingly it seems to be coming from tightness in my hip flexers (how do you spell that?) and butt muscles. :) Thanks a lot for your stretches. I love them.
I just jump around your videos its great. My go to breakfast pre workout is two huge manful handfuls of spinach, half cup kale, 2 bananas, cup of baby carrots, half cup of cauliflower, cup of blueberries, 8 ounces of water, 8 ounces of oat milk zero sugar and 30 grams of organ "superfood" protein powder into a huge 64 ounce serving of smoothies and I drink that till about noon than make myself a rice and chicken lunch usually before going In to bartend.
dude everyone knows the best preworkout snack is fast food lol. with all that empty calories, fat, sugar and salt, you're sure to be hyped to burn em all lol.
