I drink a quart of water w. a splash of apple cider vinegar, then coffee made via Aeropress, then tea in the afternoon. Then barley tea in the evening ;) super good stretch this morning, thanks Sean! God bless you, too.

really nice stretch - I did it during my lunch time and it got me energised ! As for morning drink - everyday I start with half litre of water with spoon of honey (melted over night in the glass), squeezed juice from half lemon + a bit of a black lilac or raspberries juice (all natural stuff)
That really was life changing. I skipped 3 days of exercise and everything is so tight...I really needed that and feel soooo much better now! Tea all the way...particularly chai. Thanks Sean!
I'm definitely a coffee guy for the mornings. My favorite is Starbuck's darkest and strongest ones. And with this my favorite and healthiest morning food is Avocado toast. Thanks for all your great workouts.

Made the move to green tea in the morning. Still like coffee but I've discovered Teeccino as an herbal coffee-like alternative. It's succulent and delicious! Great stretch!!
Morning habit- hot lemon water w/half Tbsp local honey, celery juice powder, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and turmeric....then I have my coffee (kind of a stolen keto coffee recipe with my own twist). First of all I just got a French press (one of my most fav purchases:). In a mixing bowl I add 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil, celery juice powder, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, some kind of unflavored protein powder (I have several...lol), and stevia in the raw then I pour in the coffee and blend it all with immersion blender....soooo satisfying😁. Ohhhh, and hen I make my smoothie with every fresh and frozen fruit and veggie I have in the house as well as protein powder flax meal hemp seeds and oat bran. Sometimes I'll add a few pecans or Deluxe mixed nuts

This was a great yoga stretch. Really got the body flowing, thanks a lot Coach Vigue! Now onto one of your workouts from 2013. I usually have lots of water first thing in the morning, no black tea or coffee as I tend to sometimes get a bit hyperactive with caffeine and then crash in a couple of hours. I drink rose hip+ pomegranate tea or peppermint tea (hot during winter and cold during summer) in the morning but that is usually at around 10 or 11am. If I am going running then I drink green tea about 30 min before my run.
You were right Coach! That was a succulent stretch! I feel energized. I love a nice cup of tea. Earl Grey is my favourite and also Green tea. Sometimes I mix the two.
Coffee. My brother and I are doing the Sober October challenge this year. No alcohol, cigars, or social media allowed. We challenged ourselves to do at least 30 minutes of something physical a day. This year has been hard. Lets make it better, one day at a time.
I want to like tea more than I actually do. I do, however, enjoy a delicious MATCHA - the powder, not in the bags (I admit I am a food snob ;). Erin's Mornings, however, call for COFFEE. Preferably with MCT oil and ghee 👊 To better serve. Thank you, Sean. BTW, I enjoyed a deliciously relaxing rib-spinal release workshop yesterday that, among other things, improved my COW FACE ;)

My morning drink is Spirulina with real vitamin C (not buffered) and 10 drops of Grapefruit Seed extract. It gets me ready for everything!
