I just did this on my '06. If the cab bolts dont come out and they spin, the metal sleeve they thread into is spinning. I just put a jack on the sleeve flange and it held it in olace while the bolt came out.

biggest one go in the back. middle size ones in the middle. smallest ones for the rad bushings. big bolt for big bushings. small bolt for small bushings

Mike Paul Really wasn’t bad at all. Being lifted made it super easy to get under it lol. Ied charge him 500$
lol my fuel gun would not take out any bolts. had to switch to a 1/2 air gun.
