Autosmart Ultra Mousse is still the best for washing the exterior.

Brilliant video Matt! What’s the small DA polisher you use? Seems like a good bit of kit!

Please could you explain the machine polishing process (for the body and trim) and which polisher and products you used for that part? Thank you.

The citrus tar and glue remover doesn't work very well then😂

I can't get my head around this detailing malarkey. I've been in to detailing/washing cars since 2007. I'd like to think now that I'm at a very good level. What I see on RUclips is videos specifically on wheels where the arches are being cleaned first, in the case of this video a huge clump of mud and dust falls down over the tyre and wheel face. Then the barrels are scrubbed bringing the all the dirt out from the barrels and running down the face of the wheel. In this case it's a gloss black alloy, the absolute worst possible wheel. Then the vikan brush which is too abrasive for gloss black is scrubbed over the face. All the dirt from the arch and barrel being pushed all over it. I just don't get it. Surely you'd want to attack the face of the alloy first with a pre-wash to remove the majority of the clag, then barrels, tyres finally arches. This way you're not dragging all that dirt from other places all over the visible face. Any dirt that falls onto the face at this point will come off on the final rinse.
I'm a supporter of the Channel Matt, have been for years and not a dig or me being a p**** or being personal. I just think if we're showing detailing, it's the least aggression and the minimising of any defects induced by our contact.
Thank you for your time and effort making these videos for us, I know it's a second job and I absolutely appreciate it. 🙏

On gloss black alloys, 8 usually use wheel woolies, especially in well maintained wheels... But these needed more bite from a brush plus it's also a pre sale and I also knew I'd be polishing the faces anyway
