- Will it really be as bad as predicted? All I need to do is stay dug-out through this once or twice a decade storm. The cabin is toasty with the heater blasting and the ATV has a full tank of gas for plowing and trail packing. Let's do this.

Best part of Saturday Morning is Coffee with Ringworm. I would love to see a Ryan & Tito snow camping adventure!!!
Yep, even when it’s 20 degrees or below, you always have something wonderful and interesting to show us. I realize that you get very tired of dealing with snow. But, trust me, you would get much more tired of nine months of 98+ degrees and don’t forget to add 100% humidity here in Louisiana and you would really be sick of our weather. I love seeing the beautiful snow. I appreciate how wise you are about the dangers of that snow. What a wonderful life! Love seeing the two little deer. 💕
Yeah man I hate heat,I dont know how you guys tolerate it.
This woman loves a good storm. The stronger, the better, lol. That storm was awesome. You could hear the winds for hours through the walls and it was ridiculously cold outside, but I loved every minute. These days are best for warm comfy cloths, a good movie and a blanket. Hot chocolate and booze is icing on the cake. 😊
Very pleasant day in the snow. Thanks, Ryan. Love our Saturday morning Ringtoons.
Love watching the winter storms brings me back to the mid 70's when I attended Michigan Tech in Houghton. I remember driving back home in blizzards to Saginaw. Stay warm.
Not gonna lie i love your winter snow footage and eps the most... i live in Australia n ita been so bloody hot.n humid here this summer id kill to live in the snow tomorrow its gona be a casual 37°c on the coast where i live and hotter inland n humidity will be around 80% maybe more... unless you're in air con you cant get cool in this westher your sweat doesnt dry and im not even living in the tropics
Good morning from Camp 4, aye!
In February?! Tryin to save some cash on tickets?
hi ryan...im enjoying our winter season here in prachuap khiri khan thailand..a bit warmer here than the U P...I LOVE THAT YOU ARE STILL DOING YOUR THING THERE....
Thank gawd you’re not in a tent! Love these adventures and as always your sense of humour. These Saturdays with you are as ever a treat! A big fan from the other side of the border.
Thank you Ryan. The time you share with us helps keep me grounded while I plot my escape to the northern trees. Stay safe my Michigan brother. I'm looking forward to you getting back to work on the Great North Outdoor Kitchen.
Nice to see snow.
Below the bridge...we got rain seems more like spring than winter.
Should look into hand sleeves for the quad. Covers handlebar. Just slide hands inside ...or....make your own!
For as clever as all your building projects are, we’ve always wondered how fancy an outhouse you have! You could have quite the throne room out there!😂
He has one of the most beautiful outhouses in the world, he just took you on a tour of it!!! Hell, he even showed you his favorite brand of toilet paper and the toilet paper holders that were planted all throughout it.
How about building a large haybox for your water heating pot? Thick insulation should considerably slow down the process of freezing.
Hay burns. Putting tender in a room with an open flame is asking for trouble.
@@btwbrandwhen compacted it actually wicks fire. Look for videos of tests involving burning straw bale walls.
What I am suggesting here is that the pot with water in it would be placed in a small container, in which it would fit snugly. The small container would be in a larger container where from all sides and below the space would be filled in with compacted hay. A matching cover would be used to seal from the top.
The idea is: add relatively warmer water (maybe leave it out in the sun until sunset) into a warm pot (after it was already used to heat up the shower water)m, place it into the box and close the box. I believe the savings in gas would be very much worth the effort.
I.e. no hay exposed to fire. Not to mention that the whole thing is built out of wood, so it if goes, everything will go easy.
If hay is still a concern, rock wool can be used instead. Probably even easier to create the box with. Ryan has all sorts of lumber at hand for building this thing, easy.
The box itself could be used as a bit of furniture, like a small table or something of the sorts, as it would be rather large to ensure proper insulation factor.
Thank you Ryan for keeping me company for my coffee this morning
I absolutely love storms and i'm a seventy four year old grandma. I don't like to take long walks but I would love to take them in the storms. I like to feel the wind like to breathe the air. Yep I know women who love storms.❤
i saw a guy in a tractor drag a couple old tires with a rope or chain, it clears snow well
Great work my man!
You’re a funny guy. I laugh a lot watching your antics. Thanks for the levity!
Man I wanna live there Keep on keeping on
Let's go
you know after the kitchen is done . i would love to see you do a tree house . maybe with a elevator you could use a cheap wench to make it work . that would be super cool . but for now im just glad your warm and enjoying the cold Michigan winter . take care my friend
Good morning ring heads
Hey worm. Deer live to ear cedar branches in winter. It’s warmer in there also.
Nice shootin’, Tex!
My fellow Michigan viewers check in!! I’m from Ludington
You are Kick Ass Awesome!
Hun,I'm 61,lived in northeast Ohio all my life, and LOVE STORMS!
Another great visit to the Cabin! Always enjoy your conversational style. Seems like we’re right there with you!
I also live in Michigan , lower Michigan, we haven’t had that much snow in a long time, how fun
Always enjoyable. Thanks, Ryan! 👍🇨🇦😎❄
Love storms especially thunderstorms - very dramatic and exciting....
The scenery is very beautiful with the snow covered tree's awesome video!!Stay Safe and Healthy ALOHA From Hawaii ❤❤❤❤
Love your vids...make a 3 tire drag for your snow covered trails...just a thought
Thats why I think you should have a backup wood stove .u have plenty of wood to burn. Gas is hard to get in a blizzard.
I love the target stands. Good thinking.
Lovely little easter egg on the hill, cracked me up :)
Thank you for another cozy upload
Thank you for sharing another day with us. A thought I had was that you could tie two three old pickup tires in a triangle together and then drag them behind the quad to groom your trails
First time finding you and this was a lot of fun. So I subscribed and I will look forward to next time. Enjoy the Winter weather❤
Morning.
Hard to believe you haven't tried a cheap diesel heater yet for the cabin and the man cave, but then again you don't yet know what you're missing out on not having an efficient, totally dry heat source, so I get it, but I have had great luck with both of mine.
I don't know if you can get the same battery packs is that he does own outdoors with the morgans. He has a lithium iron battery pack that fits in his or some kind of battery pack. You don't have to put different little low batteries in there. It's all one battery pack and you slide it up in there and his cameras, so check it out. Look at this, it's channel and see. It's outdoors with Morgan's Mike morgan.
Wow! Looks like you got a solid inch and a half of snow! Call in the national guard! Good thing they had a curfew.
Nice to see the snow on my monitor. Nice shooting. Stay warm.
Seems like ringworm needs a ferris wheel. Perhaps on the sky deck. I'll continue to help, as I always do. That tripod isn't going to hold itself down.
Cold bro’…cold!☃️😎👍 great shoot in’!
With snow like that, it might time to carve a funky walking stick...
I am quite certain that he has already done that in a past video. I might be wrong, but I distinctly remember him carving something with his knife.
Hi Ryan. I off grid in the Midwest in a camper. Going on winter 4 now. Small solar set up little lead acid battery bank. Like you I had to heat water bottles in a cooler to keep things thawed. That is up until this year. I found online 12 volt 20 watt heating pads. Tied them to a digital set point thermostat in a heat shield can. Ran the wires through the cooler drain port. I can set them to activate just above freezing or higher. Also lets me monitor the inside temp. Efficiency cones from the fact no stove fuel used to heat water now. The combination of insulated cooler and a low say 38f turn on point. They run very little. Cost for all parts was under $70.
🖐😎👍mornin..
I've seen people put tracks on those ATB's. And almost 4 wheelers, and then they put tracks on everything. Nowadays, check into it. It might be easier for you to get through the snow in the mud and everything in one or time
This New Englander loves storms and even worked in them as well.😁
Snow mobile sounds fun ... need some power line trails or old railroad trails
Looks like fun times.
Good Morning RYAN !!! We got the earthquakes are you alright up there ??? It is something how you wake on up and are having a bed shaking !!! This was fun Ryan got to do it again some day some how !!! Invite the 3 deer in for supper also !!! You got plenty of water for them to drink there !!! This was fun kept me smiling and lol !!!
Who doesn't want a vibrating bed?,,,, So relaxing.
Thank you. Your a Saturday constant when I have returned from work. Wish I was a younger man...
To bad you dont have a fireplace, with all those downed trees. Always a pleasure to watch your adventures. Thank you for sharing.
He has one in the lean-to. He would just need to bring it in and has said in multiple videos he doesn't want to deal with the mess in his current building.
Love watching your videos and getting ideas. We live off grid. I bought a metal storage shed 8x10 and in the last wind store a couple weeks ago it blew out into the woods and is a tangled mess. So we’re going to build a “tool/work” shed like your pole barn shed there. Wish I would have thought about that before spending a ton of money on the metal shed 😂
We got about 2 ft here in Wisconsin the same time you got your storm. It was beastly cold also. Almost all melted now, but the snowmobile trails and ski hills went nuts because we hadn't had much snow at all. 30's and 40's now. Take care yooper man.
I've done some skydiving scuba diving none technical rock climbing and worked in crappy weather, including helping someone deliver calves in 8 degree weather, but after seeing the
Movie Everest I dont have any desire to do that type of climbing. I like my oxygen uninterrupted.Youve done an amazing job over the years😂
I love how they invented the winch to go only 4 inches every hour
Thankyou 😊
Speaking of earthquakes... We just got one last night. Love your channel. 👍👍 Yo. 😆
Always look forward to Ringworm
Hello Ryan good to see ya again 👍🇺🇸🙏💖🥰❤️
On my Honda Rancher 420 4x4, I have a 2in lift and 30in Aztex tires, i can go through anything.
Been a while since I have seen tour videos thought you were outta here can't say I missed you
this is a great idea, for a shooting range. got me so pumped. I have 200 acres and plan on doing something similar.
I love being in the mountains when it’s a rain, snow etc storm must b a guy thing!😂
Thanks for posting every week. Has it been 4 years?
Good Morning. Ryans Way in the Woods? or Working 9 to 5 for the "Man" Hmmm🤔 What do you think? Cheers☕☕
You should weld some angle iron into a VEE shape, attached by a chain, to drag behind your quad to keep your trails plowed….
I'm surprised you haven't made a trail drag yet, kinda like how they groom baseball diamonds, cheers!
You can get the stove fans that attaches to the top of a buddy heater that powered by heat. They really work well
Love it
Hey man why hasn’t Tito moved out there
Greetings from Finland. I'm surprised you haven't built a sauna yet! Water heater integrated in the exhaust could be handy. I have one at the cottage and it's all the hot water i need for washing 😊
Thanks for the video Ryan !!! I'd like to commend your efforts to set up some of your video shots. I noticed how when you were riding the ATV through the snow there were no visible footprints in the shot. You had made the effort to walk around behind the camera angle so that the snow wouldn't show your tracks. Considering the weather that was an impressive effort to address a relatively minor artistic detail. Nice job !!!

⛔️ Man ! Trails with deer and everything ⚠️ Never been jealous before but yer pushing me to my knarley limit. ⚠️ I put a bread pan with water in it over the heater. Puts a pint of moisture in the air.
Sounds like you have been watching or reading about everest like mountain climbing
. i live in ohio & love camping, winter camping is most def. my fav. i envy you. ohio has absolutely been crazy the past 5 to 7 years. we get snow & it's gone in 2 days & have not had any huge long lasting storms to speak of. you accepting company? lol thx for sharing all the great vids.
Bear attacks!!! Woooooo!!!
I'm in North Carolina and we have NOT had any snow in two years. Hoping we get some soon. Love the deer. I have five deer that I feed everyday in my yard. Wish I could try your shooting range. Till next week....be safe brother. Hootie Hoot. ✌️👍😎👊
Where you are in NC has not had snow in 2 years, NC has had snow and ice since then.
@@btwbrand I'm in central NC.....near Salisbury. I think the last recordable snow fall was in January 2022. I could be wrong. 😱🫣🤔
You might consider building an ice house Or a snow dome. Sounds like fun
Love watching a storm…..?? most all snow storms happen at night
I'd love to see some chainsaw made bowling pins for some shooting targets! There's a challenge for you. We were always going to the bowling alley in the Marines for their bad pins to shoot at on the range at Parris Island. You have plenty of stumps to set them on. Nice winter video. That storm didn't do much here in the Thumb.
Ever thought about pulling a 28 inch wide by a 4 foot long chain link fence behind the 4 wheeler?
( helps to level out trail before it freezes up)
And you two could build a dug out shelter
You should get some used metal off of Face Book Marketplace and put a real roof on that shed
We have a small buddy heater like you but what works better is a kerosene heater like duraflame or the like!
are there any old ruins, logging camps, mines or other human historical presences to explore nearby your property?
I don't remember if Ryn gave any report on if the reflexit under the cabin helped with the temperature of the floor?
You , were cutting with a Chainsaw .
He , yelled for you to stop .
Seus vídeos são muito bons. Ta frio aí, aqui nos Brasil ta muinto caloorr
U should get a couple old ass skidoo’s there always fun on a crisp winter day of night
I saw a robin down state a few days ago
TNX 4 VID LOL
♥️💪🏻
You should build yourself a nice sauna out there
22:36 something moving in the trees
Now make the targets MOVE...
What part of Michigan you in! I'm originally from Michigan. Flint area. (Bancroft,Mi.)
You can buy a on command propane shower. It would pay for itself in propane saved not having to heat that big pot of water
But it won't melt the ice to make water.
