Did full-sized American cars really have that loud, gurgling sound in the exhaust back then, even if they were family cars and not muscle cars? Never saw that in old movies and TV shows.
I went back and looked a lot of times it would say 400 or ect ' on the hood or ,I think on or near front fender' quarter panel also called, even on that nice big bottom chrome behind the frt tire, I was born in the early 60s so this is all from memory, naturally someone could look it up. I am a novice so called, but I love old cars.

Are those Chrysler mirrors on the doors?
I don’t know to be honest
Is it a big block
I’m not sure what’s in it to be fair but I would have thought a big block
Pontiac never made a big block. From their smallest V8 to the 455, they all used the same block
