Always look at the bright side of life...😉You got a pretty neat assortment of garden plants and practical items, a very friendly vendor ("Welcome on a rainy day...") and a free ride to this market with Timothy as well. But the highlight of this show was the strawberry glaze donut, now I´m hungry and trying to get a similar one. 🤔Hope that your cold (or allergy) is getting better now, great idea to get some hot tea with honey or even some hot chicken soup. Better fleamarket days will come, so stay optimistic, Renée ! 😃Greets from GER, U.
The donut tasted like Frankenberry Cereal, if you are familiar with that (a kids cereal with pink strawberry flavored pieces that look like the shape of Frankenstein's head!). I still miss the old donut place that used to be at this market... their donuts were so light & airy. But any baked good is better than none! The sun is shining here & it's opening weekend at my flea market so it will be a good weekend!
I sure wish we had a flea market around here. In all of my years I have never heard of a flea market in this neck of of the woods. Sure wish we had one😍👍 Fun to be had at the flea
I have been in my home for 32 years, when I moved in the advice was not to plant before Mother’s Day due to frost. The past few years there has been no frost past tax day. Mother Nature always has the last word. Wish a tote man lived nearby. Good day for crafting
Still lots of fun things to look at! My jaw literally dropped when I saw those baked goods!! Hope you don’t have a cold!! Tea and chicken noodle soup!!😊
I just love that you take me along. It is always is interesting to me what each season brings to you back there since I am on the Pacific Coast and we have a different timeline. Glad that you found yourself a perfect donut. The baked goods looked so yummy.
Disappointing that it was so empty, obviously the weather didn't help at all. You would have had to drag me away from the cakes and pies, they looked irresistible ❤
Intresting to see it when sparsely populated. 🎵🎶 Mr Tote Man, bring me a dream. Something so wonderfull that no one else seen. Something for my hands to hold, not very recent, or covered with mould. Be it a album or book is just fine. Oh Mr Tote Man be there on time! 🎵🎶 BTW, good looking doughnut 👍👍
That donut looked yummy! Hope it tasted good. And now that your home, get some rest. You don’t sound well. Double up on some vitamin C to kill that cold!!
The guy that sets up underneath that has all the chips, snacks, & beauty products - love his stand! Can always count on some good snacks at great prices. Always buy my plants there too & produce. Leesport is just a really good market!
Hi - if they were all good days, it wouldn't be any fun. It's nice that they have that antique mall part indoors, along with the household things, farmer's market & baked goods (can't believe you waited until you got all the way home to eat that donut). You just never know, though - you could find your grail on a day like that - so may as well go. Are you excited about the eclipse Monday? Looks like you are in the 80% band (we are 60%). You're not too far from the totality - maybe you could find a FM and do an "Ephemera in Totality" video. Hopefully the Tote Man will be at your local spot this weekend and will have great things. In the meantime, have a terrific Thursday afternoon & thanks as always for the video!
I actually just placed an order for the solar eclipse viewing glasses. My mom kept saying how she would just take "quick glances" at the sun during that time 🤔 Easier to just give her a pair of the glasses & save her eyesight! Schools in my area are allowing for parents to pick up their children early & encouraging all walkers to not look at the sun, since it will be occurring during school dismissal. Should turn out to be an interesting day! No flea markets in my area on Monday, though there is an auction. Maybe the frenzy of the eclipse will have an effect on auction goers... could turn out good or bad!
This weather has been terrible here lately..😢 I'm in nort east Indiana and it's been cold/rainy..🤧 Hope it gets better for all..😍 Your hair looks really good Rene..🤗 The fresh doughnut looks delicious..🙄 Take care..👍❤🔥👊
You have a better will-power than me! I could never walk past all those baked goods, including whoppie pies, and come away with just a donut lol. At least you found something to do on a rainy day and you didn't have to fight the crowd to do it. Hopefully the flea market will be full the next time you go shopping there.
Great video. Wow, I'm glad you at least got your doughnut. A lot of plants. They did look so nice. But I agree, even with weather here it's too early. I m love you! ❤️😘💞💞💞🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻✌️👶
Oh, I got caught in a cold front that moved in fast today. My face got windburned. 'False Spring' lulled me right in. I'm washing up my woolens for next week. Knee high wool socks under my wool leggings under my thick trousers again. I found an old child's 'traffic safety booklet' and thought of you. It was only a dollar, but it was in Norwegian, so I didn't think there would be much resale interest. I did find some shell plant hangers for my summer veranda and a novel by the same writer who wrote 'God of Small Things' which I loved, so I have my first summer book to read, even if the weather doesn't even hint of summer.
@@PaperandMoose If you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend, The God of Small things. The book I found today is called, The Ministry of Utmost Happiness.

This flea market is in Leesport, PA. My flea market is Saylorsburg & is in Saylorsburg, PA. Easy to remember! Hello Renee. Ok all those yummy treats are a big Nope for me but I would be there drooling over them. 😅😅. They had some beautiful flowers there. my husband and I love the Leesport flea market ! We try to get there a few times a year since we are about 1 1/2 hrs away. love the outdoor venders on the hill. great buys. we like it better than the Hometown flea market . hope to see you and Taco Stacks there ! PS love your channel!
We are about an hour away as well, but it’s such a good market. I love the variety that the sellers have & add that to the produce, plants, & baked goods - it’s always a good day at Leesport!
