I knew a " junkernecker" who wasn't allowed to bring his treasures to the home he shared with his very minimalist wife so he stopped at the storage units to drop everyrhing off. On flea market morning's he woke up at the crack of dawn he loaded his truck up and headed to the flea market. He made big bucks from things he found at the curbs and never shared what he made with her. When he passed she was shocked at how much he left to take care of her 💔
On all that scrap copper...forget that other guy he wants everything for free ...bring it to the scrap yard yourself. Looks like an adventure! Enjoy it while it lasts!
I'm sure there are many good marketable items. Lots of lots of pens, wonder if dried out? Thanks for letting us see, and thank your friend for allowing you to film for us👍👍
Great video - loved it! You're never gonna need office supplies again! The Blackfeet Indian pencils in the box was something else. Never knew they made 'em. My father worked in Yellowstone for quite a few years and he always talked about his meetings with the tribe. Hurricane lamps are always good to keep around the house, filled with oil and ready for use. We have 'em and they've sure come in handy during the all too-often summer electrical blackouts here in NYC. You had what looked like a cool painted cast iron rooster behind you, when you were taking down the frames at about 14:00 mins in. Surprised there wasn't at least one Renoir in that pile! No matter, I'd be having a blast too, going through all that stuff. Sure am looking forward to the next segment on your storage unit clean-out!
What the Hale is gathering up a bunch of school items and back packs to send to and Orphange in Egypt .These items would be great an a tax write off. Pen box they could use all of it.
The Blackcreek Indian Writing pencils were a cool find. I am binge watching your past videos.😬 I had never heard of them so i looked them up on ebay and there's a box now on there going for $21 + $4.43 shipping. Who would have thought pencils would be worth that much??🤔
Typical storage unit. I think you are right, probably someone who didn't want to deal with it anymore. Doesn't look like they were picky. It pays to be picky, or end up with a big storage unit full like that one! Marianne
I would love those pencils as I go through them all the time as I use them instead of pens so that I can rub out my mistakes. A few biros would also be handy as I am running out of ink in mine which are years old.
Just watched about 20 of your videos lol, I RARELY watch that many videos of anyone. It's that you find expensive jewellery in MOST your storage units that keeps me watching. You are the ONLY ONE I've seen who finds that amount of expensive jewellery. I'm still FLABBERGASTED 😳
I think the fishing gear is still on the shelf for our next trip to continue cleaning it out. I'm also surprised by the value of older wooden lures. Well, perhaps more surprised that they were used to catch fish - some are just so beautiful it seems funny to have tossed them in the water.
Hi Renee. What a great way to get paid. You found some awesome stuff in that unit. That sign looks cool. God Bless you Renee for sharing such great finds. Take care and stay safe. Maria. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍😇😇😇😇😇😇😋😋😋😋😋😋🤣🤣
im so sad that my anxiety forbids me ever driving... i would ADORE the chance to start buying storage units! i am so obsessed with OTHER PEOPLES STUFF! i have been ever since childhood. its a true passion for me. selling would be harder, but still much more viable of an option for income given my mental health. i have a unit of my own due to not having a place to keep most of my belongings. waiting to win a massive lottery jackpot so i can buy my own home, lmao!
Interesting, looks like a whole household/ reseller inventory. The office equipment in original packaging and the Schaefer beer shield will generate a decent amount of money. By the way, Renée: wearing new glasses ?! A tasteful choice, just think about an additional bluelight filter for your screen work. Stay safe and healthy ! Greets from GER, U.
The glasses are actually an old pair. I picked up my new glasses with the prisms yesterday and it felt like a whole world out there! Maybe it's because the prisms are helping my eye adjust, but they feel much less strained.
@@PaperandMoose woah!!!! Talk to me my friend, I’ve been in prisms for 4 years now! What’s happening? I got rheumatic fever and my eyesight said… NOPE! Lol. My right eye turned completely inward… took my 7 eye doctors to figure out what was wrong. 😫 I’m praying the prisms help you.
@@mharthcock668 I was having double vision, occurring mainly at the end of day/the evening. My one eye is significantly weaker than the other already, so my eyes were working overtime with all of the computer work that I do. My doctor recommended getting prisms to help relieve some of the extra work that my eyes are doing. I've only worn them for a day & a half so far but I feel like my vision is so much clearer and no double vision so far.
@@PaperandMoose I am so happy you’ve found some relief, friend. Mine was significantly worse. The muscles had atrophied and so weak. I truly believe the prisms saved my vision 💙
@@PaperandMoose I had the same thing Renee - and after going through a whole battery of tests to see if I had a brain tumor or epilepsy or a hundred other horrible things, I finally got a good ol' eye doctor to recommend prisms. Instant relief!
A friend of mine got a whole storage locker of school & office supplies! She made a good amount of money just from them! Be sure and check out the Indian pencils!!
I think this was a man that was planning to get a flea market started but his wife was not into it. They were arguing what to do with all the things he bought then the man just gave up on his idea and decided not to make the payments on the storage locker and let someone else (you and your friend) deal with all the stuff. He kept the peace at home and made you and your friend happy. That’s my story and I am sticking to it!! Ha Ha. 🇨🇦
Hey Renee, sorry haven't posted in a while. I still follow you religiously though. After all I'm one of the "Original Moosers". LOL. Be well and God Bless.
My thoughts, an older couple or man who did flea markets, he got sick and passed away. The items look older, who does those plates anymore? And the stuffed animals?
I love when you get so excited. And over simple little things. I absolutely loved the call cards or whatever they were. They have been replaced with voicemail. But they are so cool. I'm so glad you got this. Good to here more of your friend in the back ground. I love you and hope you don't miss too much of the investigating into what's in there. Instead of paper and moose it should be paper and mountain goat the way you climb around in there.😂 You are great Renee. Hope to see more of this. ❤️😘💞💞💞💞💞🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🌞🌞🌞🌞✌️👶
You're a fantastic comedic, I've been picking since I was a kid. Love the sense of humor. We see so much "stuff" gotta laugh.
Looking at older videos Missed. Such fun and interesting things to search through. I enjoyed the video.
Thanks for checking out some of my older videos!
Nuts! You quit to soon. I wasn’t done having a look see. Giggle! I hope there’s more coming soon. I seem to be hooked on these storage sheds.
There will be! The next part will most likely be out this weekend. Wintry weather here put a hold on our next day of cleaning!
I am a fan from Philippines pls like this Renee. Take care always! Cheers
I can see why you’re asked to help with things like this. You make it fun and are so knowledgeable! Another great video Renee
Oh my !! Holy Moly ! 😳 collectibles.. ? You have a marvelous sense of humor. 😊 Enjoyed your video ❤
I had to laugh at your friend laughing at you!

$60 for the copper! Not too bad for a few pieces and a little bucket.
You make me laugh, the old man is talking away to you but you are in the zone looking at what is in the boxes. lol cheers Owen.
Taco Stacks secretly owned this unit. ..tee hee.
You are a hard worker. Blessings

Thomas Kinkade was correct...........The office supplies is new for me??!!! ....Sure looks like a reseller unit......Very cool beer sign...
I'll never have to buy notecards again! Well, those should last me for at least a year haha.
This unit is a gold mine. Seems focused on office and college.
Schools would so happy to get those supplies.

great video. I liked the lamps and books!
How do you all decide who gets what? I know it's a lot of hard work but fun! I'm so glad you get to do what you love. Rock on!
The Sensematic pencils were WONDERFUL! I wish they still made them!
As you are going through the frames there's a few hundred dollars worth of Cutco knives on your left. 😊
I just started watching the video, but already love that orange lamp at 2:52
So fun! Thanks for taking me along. You found a lot of great stuff.
Someone who loved to purchase things on clearance, estates, flea markets and maybe was a professor
Cool video. That was a full locker. A lot of good stuff for the flea market.
Okay, the glass and the knives beside you....... YIKES!
Those one plates from Italy in the tote that were in the box are very cool! They are carved alabaster! Sold a couple for 75 each
Your work ethic speaks for itself, so you get called back again and again.
Good luck in finding more things you can use !😉

Gotta ask! Where did you get your glasses? Love them!
My eye doctor carries a variety! They are Calvin Klein brand.

books, yay!!! collector plates, boo.
Hope we can see more. Fun watching you discover items
What fun 👍
I've never had a problem selling vintage NOS office supples, people like certain items that are no longer made
Oh my goodness, you made that so fun! Looking forward to part 2.
Do you have a book store where you can turn those text books in for cash. We have several here close to our college?
Lots of good flea mkt items. Can't wait to see what you find next.
Depending on how old the text books are, sometimes you can sell them to people that might be taking that class
It looks like there whole life there.
Schaefer beer sign is worth about $500 if it works
