I FOUND ANOTHER TWO GAS LEAKS !! 😳

HVACR | REFRIGERATION | AIR CONDITIONING
In this video I return to a job where the Air Conditioner was cutting out on High Pressure during heating mode. I returned to the job to upsize the Return Air Ducts and I also found a faulty Zone motor.
I then go back to an Air Conditioner that I fixed months ago to find the system has now got two more leaks elsewhere.

Great vid, I like how you go to the extra effort on jobs which is what i like to do but working for a larger company i find it hard to spend the extra time on residential jobs as we have to charge for every minute on site. I guess the beauty of working for yourself is you dictate what you charge etc. On that panasonic job did you charge per hour or was it a quote.

Thanks mate. I know what you mean. I personally hate being rushed and it’s the main reason I went out on my own in the first place. I used to get rushed on installs and hated it. In regards to the Panasonic job. I went there for a service call and it was just an hourly rate for the diagnosing and finding leaks. I ended up replacing the whole unit over to a Daikin so I ended up just disregarding the hours I spent looking for leak and came up with a new price for the install. Both parties were happy.
