She enjoys pursuing art and poetry in her free time, along with making necklaces that she sells. Her goal is to spread the message of connecting to the deeper profound self which can help change people’s lives tremendously. Meditation is just life changing. I meditate daily, if I miss a day or so I really notice a difference. I feel so much better and have more energy after meditating....life is more effortless. The ability to REWIRE YOUR THINKING through meditation is such a GIFT.

Wrong out of the gate: "The main idea is to free yourself from constant thought .". No matter how long you meditate for you won't stop thoughts from arising and passing, and it was never designed to do that. Meditation in regards to thoughts, is to illustrate as with all phenomena, it has an impermanent nature. The main idea of meditation is to free yourself from suffering.
I'm soo aware of how her clothes are too tight to sit comfortably and then she is also wearing wedge heels which isn't allowing her to sit comfortably cross legged! I'm soo neurotic.. Tells me how much of a blast I would have doing meditation

Your instructions are completely wrong. Meditation is just focusing on some processes and nothing more. In this case you just have to focus on your breathe. You don't have to feal something special. Just watch your breath without any supervising. And thats all.

There is no right or wrong method of breathing. Different meditations have different techniques. I recommend you to research more about it if you can.
One Size does not fit all and the purpose to meditate is self discovery and importantly knowing what type of meditation is most suitable to you
