Genji's got to be the best character to make you feel like an edgelord anime anti-hero when he performs well; that is, 0.1% of the time.
Unless you are at a Necros level. In that case, it's 33% of the time 😅

@@dziosdzynes7663 I can only recall someone called Water back in the days being insane Genji, but Necros is unique and fun to watch. I feel his pain when team setups and mechanics (and logic) goes against what Genji is suppose to do in the game.
@@axel_r_ yeah water was kinda crazy. Tbh Genji is a niche pick and since overwatch doesn't reward these flank outplay types like reaper and Genji anyway, most comps are better off with cree or soldier who are consistent aq
Necros has always been my favourite Genji player to watch. He makes Genji look so freaking flawless and he knows when to engage and when to stay with his team. It's always been crazy to see how he tracks things when it looks like he's swinging his camera all over haha.
The thing is that when we genji mains get good enough at him, we aren’t keeping track of things with our eyes using the screen but more like building a spatial area memory of where everything is in our heads. And then attacking. This seems like we are just flicking the camera around like crazy to the normal viewer though.

I just remember the first time I watched Seagull, Shadder2k, Shadowburn, some of these Genji top player's videos. Even didn't have the competitive game at that time. Damn their play are just fking clean. The true ninja.

@@jasonsteffler9034 A lot of it is actually out of frustration. He admits when he knows he’s playing bad a lot on stream. And says it doesn’t feel good. But besides that, a lot of his complaints are valid if you watch some of the reasonings behind his complaining, and when he’ll sometimes go over it in replay. And on top of that, getting hit with bugs mid game, like no reg when dashing. Especially on a hero that takes a higher amount of concentration, such as Genji, does not feel good, when you put so many hours into the hero.
As someone with wrist problems and 6k dpi, I can say that higher dpi helps alot

Dude I've always had high dpi because moving my whole arm is tiring, idk why everyone keeps telling me that 4800 and 12.88 in game is too high though

There’s a reason that he’s not signed to a team. This is a pretty good example of exactly why.
Like, he’s an amazing player, but just makes some really questionable decisions in game.
Maybe an off game or something but it felt like 90% of the kills were nano blade and not much else. Genji just feels less optimal overall these days.

You should watch like the rank 1 widowmaker, I would recomend like therealkenzo or kephrii there, By watching kenzon's videos it's just feels like he is the rank one. He hit like so many hs and all of that, So ye Therealkenzo or Kephrii are the best widows.
