no cooldowns on genji is too op regardless of the stat modifier, the fact that he can do damage and evade with dash simeltaneously means he will never die while also dealing unblockable damage 😅
More or less, roaming hitboxes like beams will eventually kill him since he doesn't have I-frames on dash
@@sometimes_aaron "eventually" is the key word there, a player like necros would have killed the main threats before 5 bronze players could have hit him with enough stray damage to kill him
