I would avoid regular teas and shoot to drink your herbs - great brain herbs are: gingko, peppermint, sage, rosemary, and orange peel! As for coffee, it is really acidic by nature as well as in the body and drains minerals. Caffeine does stimulate cognitive function, but I reccomend getting the little bit of caffeine from super dark chocolate! 70% cacao and higher! 😁
